What are IberostarPOINTS?

They are points that registered My Iberostar users receive for each booking made in any of the Iberostar hotels participating in the programme, through www.iberostar.com or our Contact Centre. You can redeem your IberostarPOINTS for amazing gifts and discounts, either immediately or up to 10 days before your check-in at the hotel. Enjoy them during your stay or save them to use on future bookings.

How can I receive IberostarPOINTS?

Register on My Iberostar, or log in with your user name and password if you’re already registered and make your booking through www.iberostar.com, www.thegrandcollection.com or our Contact Centre. Choose the hotel in the programme that best suits you and the dates of your trip, and in the booking process you will see how many IberostarPOINTS you’ve generated, how many you’ve accumulated as a whole and the available gifts you can redeem them for.

How can I redeem my IberostarPOINTS?

 You can do it immediately once you’ve made your booking to enjoy them during your stay at the hotel, or save them instead to use on future bookings. It’s important that you identify yourself as a registered user before making a booking, because if not, you will not receive IberostarPOINTS. You'll be able to redeem your IberostarPOINTS up to 10 days before you arrive at the hotel. After this period, the points will be stored in your account and you’ll be able to redeem them in future bookings. Remember that under no circumstances will you be able to redeem them during your stay.

How many IberostarPOINTS will I receive for each booking?

The more bookings you make with us, the more and better gifts you’ll receive. Check your user level to know how many IberostarPOINTS you’ll receive with each booking:

  1. Registered user without any bookings. In this case, you’ll receive the equivalent of 10% of the final booking cost in IberostarPOINTS.
  2. Registered user with 1 stay in an Iberostar hotel. You’ll receive the equivalent of 12% of the final booking cost in IberostarPOINTS.
  3.  Registered user with 3 stays in an Iberostar hotel, or with 1 or 2 stays at a total price of €5,000. At this level, you’ll receive the equivalent of 15% of the final booking cost in IberostarPOINTS.

 

When will I receive my gift?

You’ll receive the gifts during your stay at the hotel.

When are points that I haven’t redeemed accumulated?

At the moment you leave the hotel, the points from that booking are accumulated.

What happens if I cancel my booking and can’t go to the hotel?

You keep the points you had before, but you lose the ones you generated with that booking.

What happens if I want to exchange my gift?

You can do so, but you have up to 10 days before your arrival at the hotel to change your choice through your private area or by calling the Contact Centre.
