    "Overall excellent"

    In Steak restaurant was in menu beef steak sirloin. The meat serveed was not sirloin, but other lower quality. They accepted complains, offered alternative lobster in Marimba restaurant , this was excellent .

    "not take advantage of your guests by overcharging for items."

    The staff was absolutely fantastic, and they should be commended! They made the experience wonderful. The food and food presentation in the theme restaurants needs improvement. The vendors that are allowed on the property need to be screened better. We bought some items from one of your vendors and found out later that the same items were being offered in your gift shop for less. We understand "bartering" happens in many countries but vendors allowed on the site should

    "Amazing!"

    The hotel was amazing, food, room, location close to pool and beach. Entertainment staff namely, Evelin, "Bruno Mars" and Victor went above and beyond, my family and i were very well taken care of.

    "Good family vacation in the sun. Food was delicious and the bars serve quality drinks."

    Good family vacation overall. A little disappointed in the almost complete lack of recognizing loyalty. I've stayed at this resort with my family for almost 40 nights in the last 6 years (total 45 nights at Iberostar); any major hotel chain would've offered me free room upgrades (I had to pay US$500 for my upgrade) and usually enough points to get free nights or other perks (I.e. Free round of golf, etc). Unfortunately Iberostar does a poor job recognizing loyalty (a free t-shirt doesn't do it)

    Simply amazing place. Front desk staff were so helpfull. Special mention to Aris, Ricky at the Cana rest. And Wanner at La Sabila. These people made us feel like superstars. Thank you and see you next year.
