Our newest 60 minute class!
Burn between 600 and 1,000 calories with bootcamp, TRX, Kickboxing, physical strength and conditioning, Russian weights, athletic preparation, abs, cardio and stretching all in one stimulating session.
60 minute class that includes exercises with the TRX suspension system, divided into two parts:
1. 30 minutes of TRX strength exercises (upper body, lower body and abs).
2. 30 minutes of athletic training, resistance bands, Russian weights, bars, dumbbells and body exercises to control weight.
Get ready to sweat in this intense but fun kickboxing class. This 60 minute activity is divided into two parts:
1. 30 minutes of kickboxing
2. 30 minutes of athletic training (calisthenics, cardio, HIIT and abs).
Includes 10 minutes of dynamic stretching, followed by a 5 kilometer run around the resort with panoramic views. It concludes with 10 minutes of abs and 10 minutes of elastic stretching.

This class is focused on exercises that will help you stabilize, strengthen, and stretch your abdominal muscles, glutes and thighs. Get those strong, defined muscles you always wanted thanks to these challenging and fun Pilates exercises.
