Modification conditions: One change is allowed up to 7 days before arrival at hotels in the Americas and Caribbean, and 10 days at hotels in Europe, the Mediterranean and Africa. If the price of the new reservation is higher, the difference must be paid; if it is lower, no refund or credit for the difference will be issued. Changes must be managed through the Iberostar Contact Center. In the event of a no-show, the reservation amount will not be refunded.
