Pools and gardens
The hotel’s different pool areas are among our guest’s favorite spots, and they are completely surrounded by vegetation. For greater relaxation, you can go to the pool with a waterfall and whirlpool bath and let the water jets loosen up all of your muscles. And if you’re looking to move around, you can get in shape in the activity pool or have fun many times a day with the Star Friends entertainment team’s programming. Our youngest guests also have their own separate pool to enjoy the water.
The native vegetation that surrounds the pools is the natural habitat of animals including coatis, tortoises, peacocks, swans, squirrels, flamingos, and many other species. There is also a natural cenote! In this cenote, you can see mangroves, lotus flowers, and turtles.
Sports Facilities
You’ll have access to a fitness center(must be at least 16 years of age) furnished with the latest exercise equipment and machines. You’ll also have a cycling studio offering daily classes, and two multi-sport rooms where you have the chance to try yoga, Zumba, kickboxing, body pump, boot camp, and more. All activities are led by certified instructors.
You can also do water sports by the beach, some of which are free of charge for the first hour, such as kayaking, sailing on a catamaran, snorkeling or windsurfing.
SPA Sensations
Start the day in the hydrotherapy circuit and soothe your muscles in the multi-jet whirlpool tub, the steam room, Roman bath, sauna, or multi-sensory shower. Continue your experience with a facial comprised of plants, collagen, or caviar, and then treat your whole body to JapaneseJin-Shin, shiatsu massage,Thai massage,orhot stone massage. Our experts will be happy to help you select from over 20 different massage options. Star Camp
The children’s activity program Star Camp is a total hit with the families staying in the hotel. The program is divided into age groups where children can learn to cook at the mini-chef kitchen, play video games, discover the importance of caring for the environment in Starky’s garden with puppet and recycling workshops, bounce on the trampolines and much more. Children under 4 years old can visit the new Kangaroo area, where they can play while supervised by an adult.
In addition, as part of the Wave of Change sustainability program, the outdoor play area at Star Camp has been created with more than 6,500 kg of recycled plastic, equivalent to about 32,500 five-liter jugs, which saves about 65 trees’ worth of wood.
Our youngest guests also get to enjoy a children’s pool just for them, a children’s menu at hotel restaurants, and a merry-go-round. And if adults want some time to themselves, they can request babysitting services and enjoy an intimate meal.

Scuba diving
Diving in a sinkwell is something you can only experience in the Yucatan peninsula. With the Dressel Divers center right on the hotel premises, it’s easy to make this adventure part of your next vacation in Riviera Maya. You can also take PADI courses and, at certain times of the year, even swim with sharks.

Those who love golf can enjoy playing an 18-hole professional golf course in the hotel complex. Designed by Pete Dye, it offers four tee boxes to accommodate pros and beginners alike.
