Working out on vacation has never been so easy

Vacations are for relaxing, enjoying, and taking care of yourself. Our innovative Fit & Fun program offers a variety of fitness activities so that you can continue taking care of yourself during your stay, or even get motivated to start.

Are you looking for a challenge?

Exercise and have fun at the same time with our variety of classes where you can work on your flexibility, balance, and cardio. Sign up for yoga, TRX, kickboxing, or Zumba fit classes, or you can go for a run outside and do a complete ab and stretching routine. If you prefer, you can complete your workout at one of our hotels with a fitness center, which are equipped with all the latest machines.

Because when you’re on vacation, taking care of yourself is as natural as having fun.

Yoga

Experience the multiple benefits of this fascinating ancient holistic discipline: concentration, strength, flexibility, balance and relaxation… find your special moment away from the daily routine.

Outdoor running circuit

Includes 10 minutes of dynamic stretching followed by a panoramic 5-km run around the resort. The session concludes with 10 minutes of abs and 10 minutes of static stretching.

Boot camp

A fun cardio session to put yourself to the test with different exercise stations for a full body workout. 30 to 90 seconds at each station. High intensity class. Participants should be in good physical condition.

TRX and kettle bell

A 60-minute class with TRX suspension training, divided into two parts:

1. 30 minutes of TRX strength training (upper and lower body and abs).

2. 30 minutes of athletic training: resistance straps, kettle bells, bars, dumbbells and body exercises to stay in shape.

Kickboxing

A cardio activity to train like a martial artist using boxing gloves and a punching bag. Participants should be in good physical condition.

Indoor cycling

Cardio cycling activity on a stationary exercise bike with motivating music. Specific training with a wireless heart rate monitor to train endurance and improve aerobic and anaerobic performance at every class.

Zumba Fit

The class combines various dance styles and aerobics known by everyone all over the world. A cardio workout to the rhythm of the best Latin music and the latest hits. Joy, fun, and pure energy.

Pilates

A class based on exercises to prevent posture issues, as rehabilitation for back injuries and to strength the core (center of the body) and stabilizer muscles. Recommended to recover correct posture.

    Riviera Maya – Paraíso Complex

    At the Iberostar Paraíso complex in the Riviera Maya, you’ll have access to a fitness center(for guests aged 16 or older) that offers state-of-the-art exercise equipment and machines. You’ll also have a cycling studio offering daily classes, and two multi-sport rooms where you have the chance to try yoga, Zumba, kickboxing, boot camp, and more. All activities are led by certified instructors.

    Tenerife – Santa Cruz

    The hotel boasts sporting facilities of approximately 700 m2 to stay in shape whenever you feel like it. Enjoy a selection of activities: Pilates,yoga, functional circuits, body tonic, aqua gym and stretching. You can also drop by the fitness room with exercise bikes, treadmills, rowing machines, weights and all types of machines. It also has 2 paddle tennis courts so you can make the most of the Tenerife sun while enjoying your favorite activity.

    Dominican Republic – Punta Cana

    The fitness center (for guests ages 16 and over) is fully equipped with the latest equipment and weights. Join in one of our fun classes or train on your own. At the tennis courts, you can sign up for advanced or beginners’ lessons, take part in singles and doubles tournaments, or reserve a tennis court to play a match with a partner. The beach volleyball court is also available for an exciting team match.

    Mallorca – Playas de Muro

    Everything you need to workout: cross trainers, exercise bikes, treadmills, weights, and a wide selection of state-of-the-art machines. What’s more, you can also take part in gym classes such as Pilates. Or prefer a game of tennis? Here you can have it all.
