We are aware of the large number of setbacks caused by the spread of COVID-19 and the impact it has had on your travel plans with us.

Below, we offer you different options that are completely flexible, regarding the status of your booking. Check your situation and call us for free or send an email to: contactcenter@iberostar.com.

 

  • MY DESTINATION HOTEL HAS BEEN CLOSED DURING MY STAY.

If your stay has been cancelled due to the closure of one of our hotels or you have been staying during the state of emergency, we sincerely apologise and inform you that we are looking into resolving the situation. Please contact us directly by email with your booking details.

  • BOOKINGS MADE FOR MARCH AND APRIL 2020.

If you have a current booking with a non-refundable tariff for stays between 18 March 2020 and 30 April 2020 you can change your booking at any time for stays before 31 December 2020. Please contact our customer services team for any modification. 

Customers with the FLEX tariff can modify their booking at any time via our website. You can also make any required changes yourself through iberostar.com or contact our customer help service at any time. 

  • BOOKINGS MADE FOR MAY 2020.

At least 15 days before your arrival we will inform you of the hotel’s situation. However, if you wish, you can modify your booking for a later date in accordance with our temporary COVID-19 modification policy, meaning we can provide you with maximum flexibility.

If you made you booking with a non-refundable tariff please contact our customer services team. 

Customers with the FLEX tariff can modify their booking at any time via our website or by contacting our customer help services at any time. 

  • BOOKINGS ALREADY MADE WITH CHECK-IN FOR JUNE 2020.

You can modify your reservation in accordance with the cancellations policy found in the booking confirmation email.
