Monchique
This circular and very difficult route is about 56 miles long. Most of the paths are paved. The route starts in Meia Praia and ends in Monchique, a small mountain town located in the mountain range in the northeast of the Algarve. Its tranquility and the surrounding natural scenery will enchant your senses. The perfect spot to recharge your batteries!
Sagres
You can start this route in Praia da Luz and follow it through the picturesque coastal towns of Burgao and Salema. Then, you’ll move away from the coast and cycle through Raposeira with climbs and descents until reaching Vila do Bispo. The last 5.6 miles take you to Europe’s most southeastern point: the city of Sagres.
