100 g nuts
100 g rolled oats
50 g coconut flakes
½ tablespoon hibiscus aroma (infusion)
70 g honey
2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
½ vanilla bean
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
A pinch of salt
Berries: raspberries, blueberries, strawberries and blackberries
250 g greek yogurt or cottage cheese
Step 1: Put rolled oats, nuts, salt, ground cinnamon, sesame seeds, coconut flakes, and the inside of the vanilla bean in a bowl.
Step 2: Pour the hibiscus aroma and honey over the mixtures.
Step 3: Mix all the ingredients with a wooden spoon and spread onto a baking sheet.
Step 4: Bake at 150°C for 15 minutes.
Step 5: Pour the Greek yogurt into a bowl.
Step 6: Add the granola along with the blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries and coconut.
