Registration
Perform & Stay is an artistic programming service that offers determined term contracts at Iberostar hotels. To register, you will have to fill out a form that our entertainment team will review and approve. Once you are chosen, they will contact you and send the contract. This contract, subject to conditions, allows you (and a companion if you choose to bring one) to benefit from a full board stay that includes lodging, meals, non-alcoholic beverages, access to the activities offered by the hotel in exchange for one daily artistic performance.
Artists and companions
With Perform & Stay, each artist can bring a companion who will receive the same conditions.
Children under 4 years old can be additional companions for free (2 maximum per group). Children over the age of four are considered regular companions. Any additional companions 4 years old or older is subject to payment.

For each stay, the maximum number of people is 8. It is possible that the actual number of people authorized is less than 8 depending of the hotels and their availability. You will find this information as well as the lodging conditions in the programming table that you will receive and/or in your first confirmation email.
Working conditions
You will perform between an hour and a half and two hours of artistic or sports performance per day except for the days of arrival and departure.
Upon arrival, you will need to meet the entertainment manager to define your schedules based on the entertainment program.
You can request a list of the technical equipment available at the hotel. If the equipment/prop you require is not on the list, we will put you in touch with the entertainment manager.
We offer the exchange in Mexico, Dominican Republic, Brazil and Jamaica but it’s preferable to inquire about the technical sheet of the hotel before applying.
The costs generated by the transport of the material are your responsibility.
For art workshops (drawing, makeup lessons, etc.), you must have your own equipment. There will be no budget attributed to these workshops.
IMPORTANT: It is strictly forbidden to receive tips from clients during your stay.
Lodging and transportation conditions
The trip to the hotel and all excess luggage are your responsibility as well as the transfer or parking outside the hotel if you travel by car. Parking is free inside the hotel. Costs of transfer depends of the hotels and airports.
If you want to request a transfer, let us know your arrival schedule as soon as possible so that we can inform the hotel.
You and your companions will stay in full board either in a village room or a hotel room depending on availability.
The number of people per accommodation can vary, although in general it’s 2 occupants per room. We will always try to accommodate you in the best possible way.
If you have (justified) requests related to accommodation, please let us know via email with complete data.
We want to point out that the import, export and use of drugs during your stay it’s strictly prohibited.
