IberostarCHEF ON TOUR RETURNS TO AMERICA
Iberostarchef on Tour is back, bringing the finest haute cuisine to guests around the world. This year’s tour offers a very special blend of flavors and creativity, featuring nine of the most highly-acclaimed chefs on the international scene.
Participating chefs in this year’s Iberostarchef on Tour include American chefs Daniel Humm, Suzette Gresham, Ronny Emborg and Carlo Mirarchi as well as Spanish chefs Jordi Cruz and Manuel Berganza. They all hold Michelin stars and have managed to win over even the most demanding gourmet restaurants in New York, San Francisco and Barcelona.
12 months, 14 dinners and 16 Michelin stars comprise this unique event, enabling Iberostar Hotels & Resorts to bring the most exquisite international gastronomy to some of its most exclusive hotels situated in Mexico, the Dominican Republic, Jamaica and Cuba.
Following the success of the first tour, Iberostar Hotels & Resorts has once again launched its unique gastronomy event series, Iberostarchef on Tour 2016 - 2017. The highly innovative initiative allows the chain to bring the very finest international cuisine to its guests around the world.
Over a 12 month period a total of 14 dinners will be served at some of Iberostar’s 5 star hotels in Mexico (JOIA Paraíso by Iberostar, Riviera Maya), the Dominican Republic (JOIA Bávaro by Iberostar, Punta Cana), Jamaica (JOIA Rose Hall by Iberostar, Montego Bay) and Cuba (Iberostar Selection Parque Central, Havana) offering a unique opportunity to experience and discover exciting new textures, aromas and flavors.
Jordi Cruz**, Matt Lambert*, Suzette Gresham**, Ronny Emborg**, Carlo Mirarchi**, Emma Bengtsson**, Bryce Shuman*, Manuel Berganza* and Daniel Humm*** are the 9 top chefs who will be serving their finest culinary contributions at Iberostarchef on Tour 2016 – 2017.
Starting this summer and ending July 2017, each of the 9 chefs will tour different Iberostar hotels, where they’ll prepare a menu created exclusively for the occasion, giving guests the unique opportunity to taste innovative, mouth-watering dishes created by the world’s finest chefs.
