250g spelt flour

Step 1: Peel and cut the mango.

Step 2: Add the pastry cream and lemon juice and blend.

Step 3: Store in the freezer and mix it every hour.



Step 1: Gather spelt flour, salt, three eggs and milk.

Step 2: Mix all the ingredients with a dipstick until it takes on a creamy mixture.

Step 3: Let the mixture settle for one hour.

Step 4: Add a drop of oil to the crepe and flip the crepes over and over.

Step 5: Place a ball of mango ice cream on the crepe.
