2 fennel bulbs
3 tablespoons butter
50 g panela sugar
Fresh dill to taste
150 g goat cheese
Step 1: Wash and cut the fennel and put it on a pan or griddle.
Step 2: Add salt, pepper and panela sugar.
Step 3: Put fennel on a plate and place the goat cottage cheese and lemon zest on top.
Step 4: Add dill leaves.
