Recipe: Caramelized Fennel with Goat Cottage Cheese
Ingredients
- 2 fennel bulbs
- 3 tablespoons butter
- Olive oil
- ¼ cup panela sugar
- Fresh dill to taste
- 5 oz goat cheese
- 1 lemon
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Wash and cut the fennel and place it in a pan or griddle.
- Add salt, pepper, and panela sugar.
- Transfer the fennel to a plate and top with the goat cottage cheese and lemon zest.
- Add fresh dill leaves.
