Ingredients

  • 2 fennel bulbs
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • Olive oil
  • ¼ cup panela sugar
  • Fresh dill to taste
  • 5 oz goat cheese
  • 1 lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

- Wash and cut the fennel and place it in a pan or griddle.

- Add salt, pepper, and panela sugar.

- Transfer the fennel to a plate and top with the goat cottage cheese and lemon zest.

- Add fresh dill leaves.
