Where can I use my Iberostar Card?
Do I have to be a hotel guest to redeem an Iberostar Card?
No, you do not have to be a hotel guest. You can also use it as an external guest to enjoy experiences at participating spas and restaurants.
What can I use an Iberostar Card for?
You can use your Iberostar Card to cover the cost of accommodation for bookings made with the Pay at the Hotel rate, in addition to enjoying spa services, restaurants, and bars at participating hotels and resorts. Check the applicable terms and conditions directly with the hotel or resort. When checking in or arriving at the restaurant, bar, or spa, let the staff know you would like to use an Iberostar Card.
How can I redeem an Iberostar Card?
Redeeming your Iberostar Card is very easy. The card is transferable and can be used by anybody who has it. You only have to show a printed copy of the email or a screenshot of the voucher at reception at any participating hotel.
What are the terms and conditions for redeeming my Iberostar Card?
To use your card for accommodation, you must book in advance with the Pay at the Hotel rate on www.iberostar.com. The cards have no value until they are redeemed; they cannot be refunded or redeemed for cash. You can use the balance to make one transaction or multiple transactions, and the balance will only be lost when the card expires (12 months after purchase, as indicated on each card). Once expired, it cannot be extended.
What currency are Iberostar Cards available in?
Iberostar Cards are available in euros and United States dollars (USD). If you have a Card in euros, you can redeem it at hotels in Europe. If you have a Card in USD, you can redeem it at hotels in the Americas.
Can Iberostar Cards be used in combination with other payment methods?
Iberostar Cards can be used in combination with other payment methods. Any amount exceeding the value of the Iberostar Card can be paid with credit cards accepted at participating hotels.
What should I do if I lose my Iberostar Card?
If you lose your Iberostar Card, let us know immediately. We will freeze the lost card and issue a new card for the same amount. Contact us and include your ID and the purchase information for the card. We’re here to help you!
