Iberostar Hotels & Resorts continues to expand its portfolio with the opening of a new hotel in Budapest, Hungary, known as "the Pearl of the Danube," visited by more than five million tourists annually. The five-star Iberostar Grand Hotel Budapest, which will open its doors in early August, is located in an exclusive and private space in the heart of the Hungarian capital, offering visitors a distinguished, luxurious and seductive ambience.
Whether for business or leisure travel, guests can enjoy the boutique hotel, part of Iberostar's The Grand Collection, offering the Grand Luxury five-star qualities of the leading hospitality chain. In the historical area of Pest, and just a short walk from the banks of the Danube River, the property is located in front of the centric Liberty Square, an exclusive area of embassies and emblematic buildings, including the Hungarian Parliament.
The new Iberostar Grand Budapest is situated in an elegant building home to classic exterior architecture coupled with modern interior design. The luxurious five-star hotel offers 50 modern rooms and suites including 3 junior suites, 20 standard rooms, 9 executive rooms, 15 deluxe rooms, and 3 economy rooms, divided among five floors. All rooms are equipped with a mini-bar, pillow menu, 24-hour room service and iPod Dock Station, among other services and amenities. Hotel dining and facilities include a gourmet Spanish restaurant, bar, meeting hall, and advanced technologically for business travel and meetings.
