Nice relax in autumn...
"We were in Iberostar Grand Hotel Anthelia. The hotel is beautiful. The rooms might be more modern, but they are clean and the room service is excellent. Food, drinks and all snacks in bars during our All Inclusive stay was also delicious. We have noticed only one negative case: early mornings noice caused by carts pushed by cleaning theam and service in the restaurants. It was only one disadvantage of our stay. The rest was excellent.I have to point that all team in reception desk, bars and restaurants was pleasant, very helpful and also it was nice to talk with them. The same situation was with the Animation Team. They were very tactful and nice. The Gests were international: lot of from Germany, from Great Britain, Ireland, Switzerland, Belgium, Russia.Our Opinion: Very Good :-) We recommend you!"

"We just love our stay, only one thing that i would like to share and thats smoking in Breakfast Area outside in the morning...we would have really liked eating outside, but many tables were smoking and some with Cigars...isn´t there anyway to kindly ask these people to go to the sofas near by and smoke.kind regards Bjargey Adalsteinsdottir and Thorsteinn Gudjonsson"

The only dissappointment was that the maid always took away the glasses without bringing them back and always forgot to put new towels(soap, etc) after cleaning the room. And sometimes there were ants in our room which I thought could have occured only in 3 star hotels. Also we were charged for the beverages that we didn't took from the minibar but the reception settled this problem."
