My stay at the Iberostar was excellent!
"I thought that our Iberostar holiday in the Mayan riviera was excellent even though the weather was somewhat very disappointing. I really appreciated the fact that there was a big umbrella in every hotel room. It certainly came in handy. Also, i thought that all of the staff were exceptionally warm and friendly even though the hurricane would certrainly put an extra stress on their own personal lives and workloads as well. The alacarte restaurants were excellent. I really enjoyed the extra detail, care and service at the alacarte restaurants as well. The Japonese restaurant was perhaps my favourite although the Brazilain and Steakhouse were probably tied for second place.My hyusaband really like the Lazy River and that is why we went to the Playa Lindo instead of the other Iberostar hotels."

"The facilities and staff were excellent. We enjoyed every minute of our stay, the staff did an excellent job during a difficult time (Hurricane Rinna). I have already recommended your hotel to others and will gladly do so again when asked."

"This was the 8th time we visited the Pariso complex and had a wonerful vacation. With all the water which had fallen from the tropical storm the buildings and grounds were in very good order.My wife and I appreciated the professional attention we recieved by all staff members throughout the entire Pariso complex. Also the the workers at Dressel Drivers offered excellent services we were able to take part in.Please continue to maintain your high levels to attention of detail for this complex.James and Deborah Fletcher"

"We had a pleasant stay and would do it again. The staff at Playa Paraiso Lindo were outstanding. Everyone went out of there way to make sure we were satisfied. From the food to accommodation to preparing us for Hurricane Rina which became a tropical storm, it was alll good."

"Hotel staff, waiters, and waitresses were friendly and very accommodating. Design of hotel complex was in a straight line. Restaurants were too far to walk for elderly and handicapped patrons. My 88 year old father-in-law seemed to navigate well, which he usually does, but my 84 year old mother-in-law could not. Hotel staff transported people around the complex in golf carts if you could wait for one to show up.Unfortunately, I do not speak Spanish and apparently the room maid service didn't understand English, but I could not get him to leave enough towels for 3 people, nor soda and water in the small refrigerator. None of us drank beer and the fridge was constantly filled with beer.We were there for my son's wedding and everything went off without a hitch, including the hurricane Rina. But that is the chance you take with a destination wedding and we made the best of it.Only major downside was when my son and daughter-in-law made reservations at one of the many restaurants and went to dinner, their room was entered, and their camera was stolen. Keep the camera, but give them back the photo card. The camera can be replaced, but the pictures of their wedding experience cannot."

"There was insufficient cleaning staff at the resort, as on 2 occassions we left our room at 9:00 am and returned after 4:00 pm and our room had not yet been serviced. Additionally, there were not sufficient hand towels or face clothes provided and the room refrigerator on 3 occassions was not re-stocked. While at the resort my mother had food poisoning from the buffet and when I tried to order soup from room service, was advised that only the food on the menu was available. On another occassion, when the concierge was able to get the room service staff to agree to deliver a bowl of minestrone soup - the Italian restaurant refused to fulfil the request."

"Once again Iberostar delivers!!! Every time I have stayed in an Iberostar resort it was perfect. The Lindo is magnificent. Our room was perfect, our service was perfect, the food was perfect, the pool was perfect, the ocean was perfect and the drinks were perfect. I am saving up right now so we can return. See You Soon...."
