"Staff was Great, Rooms & Grounds were very clean.Buffet foods were bland, Sit down Resturants were very good.Pools were just ok. Need to be cleaned better & water level was low & things not workingie:(Water fall never worked,in pool Jaccuzies mostly off)"

We stayed at Iberostar Paraiso Del Mar for 6 days.

Very nice!

"All of the staff members were great, especially the entertainment crew...lots of fun, and they kept us very involved in all the activities. I was disappointed with the lack of shuttle services around the complex...too much walking...we were told there would be plenty of shuttles, but there were not. Otherwise, the experience was great in all other ways."

Thanks for a wonderful experience with friends, good food, fun entertainment and friendly staff.

"Grounds are beautiful and always very clean. All staff a very friendly and we were just there thru the hurricane and staff always had a smile on their faces even while working so hard to keep their guests happy. We were impressed at how everything during the hurricane/tropical storm was kept in an orderly fashion and everyone felt comfortable and happy.This was our 4th visit to this hotel and we love everything about it. Lionel at the pool bar and Samuel Jackson in the main buffet are so friendly and go out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our room was always kept clean. We loved the variety of food choices. We ate one sit down at the Mediterrainian and loved it."

The resort was beautiful staff was wonderful but the food & entertainment was poor.

"Food was not good and not refilled quick enough by the beach. Breakfast food ran out at 9AM one morning. Individual restaurants usually have better quality - this one did not. I had lobster one night and it was dry and had been reheated with no butter for dipping. Liquor drinks were weak and so you had to order two, what a waste. Our mattress was like a board. Entertainment was fair and the staff harass you all day to be in their stupid game shows. The entertainment at the lobby bar was the same saxophone player who moved from one lobby to the other so we had to see the same guy every night."

We enjoyed our stay but not as much as last years visit.

"This was our second visit to your Hotel and since last year I have noticed that the common area's are not as well kept/clean as last year. There was always garbage/dirt/glassware & dinnerware in the hallways and never picked up. There was a clam shell on a step going to our room for the whole 10 days we were there. I also disagree with you charging your guests for Internet/WIFI service. All the other Hotels offer that at no charge which is the way it should be.I also have to comment on the "Star Friends" team. Everyone made our days very intertaining and they all do a GREAT job."
