"Room facilities are a bit "old", and could use a re-decoration to a updated standard. Look at the TV for example. No flat screen -> Old technology, and few international channels. There are guest visiting outside Germany and France..Food was excellent, also the general activity by the staff during day and evening was very good :)"

"from the moment we entered the complex everything was perfect , nothing to fault from reception to hotel staff to kids club staff..it was a pleasure to stay in the hotel and feel like a holiday. we didn't leave the complex for the week, we had everything at hand."

"Unfortunately the weather was poor during our stay,but the only thing that let the hotel down was the poor level of childrens entertainment.In a recent stay to a Viva hotel when it rained they put on more for the younger children."

"First, we got a room in block 6. We've been in a lot of Iberostar hotels but NEVER had a room of this level. It's a shame that these rooms belong to the hotel. They were noisy, there were cockroaches, it smelled strange and they were not nicely finished at all! After several complaints at the reception, we got another room in block 2.Fortunately the meals were excellent."
