    lanzarote is a lovely island but would look at hotel details first before booking

    "I was disappointed on the day of checkout that you are not able to still use the all inclusive facilities until you actually leave the hotel. we checked out at 12 but did not get picked up until 5.35, so had to leave the hotel and find somewhere to have have lunch."

It is only through feedback such as yours that we are able to maintain and indeed, where necessary, improve upon the service that we provide to our valued guests. We lament your disappointment for the expiration of your All Inclusive basis at 12.00pm on your check out day, although this information is duly reported on the booking confirmation; nevertheless we would like to point out that guests with late flights can deposit their luggage by our reception and use the restaurant for lunch for 11 euros per person, they can also use the hotel facilities and freshen up in the courtesy room that we reserve for late departure flights; for future occasions please do not hesitate to enquire at our reception desk. We do appreciate your comments as they can help us to improve and hope to see you again in the near future and to have the opportunity to offer you a very enjoyable experience with IBEROSTAR.     ONLY IF AIR CONDITIONED

    "A LOVELY FRIENDLY HOTEL,THE FOOD IS REALLY GOOD WITH PLENTY OF CHOICE.THE ENTERTAINMENT WAS GOOD.THE ONE THING THAT SPOILT IT FOR US WAS NO AIR CONDITIONING IN ROOMS,ENTERTAINMENT OR RESTAURANT. WITH TEMPERATURES WELL INTO THE 30`S THIS MADE IT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. "
