lovely holiday would use an Iberostar Hotel again.
"When we arrived at the Iberostar Playa Blanca, Lanzarote on 8th November we found that our room had been double booked. We transferred to the sister hotel in Playa Blanca for one night however we found both hotels to have an excellent customer service and the rest of the stay was very enjoyable. We found all of your staff to be very friendly and helpful and the food to be very good. The only negative comment would be that the bathroom needs updating."Rating: 8,0
"We had a wonderful holiday. We normally play tennis at about 5.oop.m. every day when on holiday. We have never had to pay to use courts before. It would have cost us 121 Euros. Much too much so we did not play at all. For this reason we would not return to an Iberostar hotel."Rating: 10,0
Weather perfect, pools lovely, location brilliant,beach ideal.
"Excellent service from desk staff, dining staff, cleaning staff and animation team.10 out of 10. Evening entertainment the only week point-soul singer and Celine Dion very poor and uncharismatic. Also acts were spoilt by children and parents very rudely walking continually in front of the stage-as much as 150 times in one 1 hour act making it impossible to enjoy."Rating: 10,0
