If this means will I come back to your resort, it would take a very good deal for me to consider it!
"The beds are like sleeping on a piece of plywood. I have never had such worse sleeping from staying in a hotel or a resort ever. Something needs to be done about the cats wondering around the restaurants. Peacocks jumping up on the tables taking left over food, etc. Disgusting. And lets get into the food. Served COLD, we had to send back our diner at the American Grill. Which smells like mold and mildew when you walk in the door. I can only hope that this is just your resort and not indicative of Iberostar as a whole. Customers are paying for the "namebrand" of the resort, the rest is mediocre. "Rating: 5,0

"Loved the hotel. Excellent dive operation, great service, good food, clean rooms and beautiful beach. Hilario is the best barman (at the beach) we have ever come across! Lots of other great staff also added to the enjoyment of our stay. "Rating: 9,0
A very relaxing and friendly environment, great staff, great entertainment. Rooms could use some improvements.
"The hotel was very nice, and food was delicious. The rooms had a musty smell and the air conditioner did not do a very good job. After my two week stay, there was mold growing on my backpack, which never even left the room! My aunt tried to watch television in the evening, but there were no batteries in the remote. Housekeeping was very friendly and very polite, they had no trouble coming back later in the day if I was resting when they came by in the afternoon, although one day they did forget to restock the toilet paper, but then we got extra the next morning, so I guess it balances out :-) The entertainment staff are very friendly and did a great job of getting everyone involved in the activities. I highly recommend the evening shows! I think the internet service is overpriced, and guests shouldn't have to pay to use the computers provided at the hotel. The wifi access was very good though, much better than I expected, and much better than at any other resort I've visited."Rating: 8,0
what do you mean by resume your experience? What does toc mean?
"Food quality and food availability is not what it was two years ago when we were last there and I felt like they were trying to cut corners. For example, we were there for the Thanksgiving holiday. I went up for some turkey (a main ingredient in a Thanksgiving dinner) and (picture this) there was a turkey with the entire center section and legs gone and the carver was trying to carve scraps out of the bottom which was mostly fat and give that to me (not much more than two forkfulls). I felt like the person was protecting the golden goose. At lunch I went to get a hamburger and there was a huge line behind me and they had 6 hamburgers there and nothing on the grill. There was no planning. On many occasions I went to the right to the right entrance to the food area and the station had 4-5 empty plates. All of your broccoli and cauliflower were overcooked and soggy. They were awful. I could go on but I would not recommend your food service. Aside for the food service experience your staff was excellent - including your wait staff. "Rating: 7,0
"A very nice resort. Rooms were clean and all of the staff was fantastic from the front desk down to the groundskeepers. The food in the main buffet could be a little better, but the specialty restaurants were great. We have stayed at the Iberostar Paraiso Beach before and this location fell a bit short, but I would go back!"Rating: 8,0
