Cozumel Dive Weekend
"Good: landscaping, Dressel Dive Shop located on the property. Bad: bed (very old), A/C in room wouldn't get very cold, significant ant problem in the bathroom, bathroom grout was orange and pitted, room decor was very outdated, dining halls had no A/C so I sweat during every meal, house cats roamed the property and begged at your table during meals, pool water was filthy."Rating: 1,0
I will likely return but will insist on a different room.
"The hotel was beautiful and the service staff was excellent. Our wait staff, recreation staff, and maid service were exceptional. The room was comfortable. However, our room AC never got comfortably cool and the ceiling fan was obnoxiously loud! I notified the front desk in person twice and never noticed it addressed. The dance club was fun but the DJ was horrible in music selection. He basically played Hispanic music until he ran everyone out except the 5-10 people who like that music. Activities were great, you can stay as active or relaxed as you like. "Rating: 8,0
Overall an excellent stay
"Our room was very nice and clean. We had some problems with the humidity during the first three days. Nothing that ruined our stay though. Food in the main restaurant (buffet) was very good with a wide selection. We also tried the three a la carte restaurants. Ironically enough we liked the mexican the least. The pool area is nice. Unfortunately reserving sunbeds is accepted even though stated otherwise. The dive center (Dressel Divers) is very good. So if you are into diving you are at the right place. Would we stay at this hotel again? Definitely."Rating: 9,0
"Honestly I loved it. It was quite relaxing. Maybe too relaxing. The rooms were great loved the privacy. And the endless wild iguanas and turtles and flamingos were fantastic. Wish I had taken my kids. And the staff was excellent. Best staff I have seen compared to other resorts. Don't hesitate to book. Will back. "Rating: 9,0
