From Checking-in with Addy, being served with the greatest disposition by “little –man” Bartollo, Issac with his recommendations,Arthuro with his fast but clear bi-lingual explanations,to checking-out with Anaid, just to mention a few, every-one was great. The experience was exquisite, deserving the 5 star status . Here are some suggestions that could make this place even better : - Have also cushions for the blue chairs on the beach. - Have snorkeling equipment available at the “sports shack” Florin Parlia "

"I surprised my wife with a quick weekend get-away, choosing the Iberostar Cancun, Premium Gold Resort. It is very close to the airport, and took only about 15 minutes to get there. The service we booked the trip through included transportation, and we were one of 2 couples in the van from the airport and the only people in the van on the return. Since it is so close, we were the first to get dropped off. At check-in, our room was not yet ready, but it was only 11 am, and we did not expect it to be, One of my complaints was that the check in person DID NOT ASK if we would like or wanted an upgrade. Also, the front desk clerk was very snappy with my wife, who asked where we could eat and he said "Senora, if you allow me to finish, I will tell you where you can eat.Please allow me to finish this information." However, we were brought a fruity drink and finally advised where we could go get something to eat.Our room was perfect, but I always like the opportunity to say yes or no. I do know several upgrades were available, as I checked with the resort online to see what rooms were available. I would like to have had a balcony or even a seaside villa. It was my first time at this resort, had I known the difference, I would have booked that type of room initially. Helpful hint, add the balcony for just little bit more. The food at the resort was plentiful, and there were lots of choices of what to eat. However, not all the Select restaurants were open, but that was not a problem, we were only there 2 days. We did eat at the Steak House (La Parrilla) and the meat was fantastic and prepared perfectly. The manager, Carlos, was very kind and friendly as were the wait staff. Thank you for your excelente service. The other places we ate at were buffets, El Maguey-Mexican Buffet, was sea side and the daily buffets that had every other food you could imagine. There were plenty of chairs, either at/on the beach or poolside. Never made it to the shows, but heard fun stories from guests about them. There are a lot of things to do, if you want to do something other than relax. Overall, a great choice, and we will return as soon as possible"

"We have been to Cancun four times, one other time staying at an Iberostar resort, but not the Iberostar Cancun. This was the absolute best of all our previous Cancun vacations. I am already planning on booking our next trip with you. In fact we would like to make this part of our yearly plan around Christmas. "

"your resort is beautiful!! the star friends really know how to get the crowd involved and have a blast! special thanks to Brisa, Francisco, Arturo and Jesus! and the bartenders at the pool bar were ALL great! the rooms are spotless and pretty! (we stayed in an oceanfront villa! AMAZING VIEW!!!!) the food was good! our favorite item, by far, were the doughnuts at breakfast! wish we could have them every morning at home! we found the towel cards to be inconvenient. but, the pools are fantastic!!! (please play more local music....we can hear top 40 music at home) our biggest disappointment was that there was no outdoor bar open in the evening/late night. we have been to other resorts where we have spent every evening enjoying the ocean breeze, beautiful weather and great music at an outdoor bar until the early morning hours. all in all, our trip was relaxing & entertaining. the iberostar cancun will be on our list of places to recommend to friends!"
