Leading Spanish Hospitality Chain Launches Interactive Website to Highlight Brand Offerings
As part of its ongoing commitment to quality and innovation, leading Spanish hospitality chain Iberostar Hotels & Resorts today launched a new company website, Iberostar.com. The site serves as a one-stop location for guests to discover all of the brand’s offerings while taking advantage of the best rates and exclusive deals.
With a fresh design and faster navigation, the new website enables users to discover all of the Iberostar destinations and their main attractions while learning about the products and services offered at every hotel. Users can create a list of their favorite hotels and book the property that best addresses their interests directly online.
In addition to a full redesign highlighting a seamless booking process, the website includes a more efficient hotel search tool that enables user to select and filter hotels based on their location, type, and available services. To further enhance the user experience, the site features a hotel comparison tool where visitors can compare hotels across the Iberostar brand. Moreover, guests can virtually talk with an Iberostar representative via the live chat component. Through live chat, a representative can address any questions that guests may have and assist in selecting the best hotels for their needs.
Guests can also rate hotels and share their trips with videos via the Iberostar YouTube channel and Twitter page or send online postcards via the website. Available in Spanish, English, German, French, Italian and Portuguese, the new Iberostar.com enhances the unique Iberostar experience and creatively invites guests to interact with the brand.
On the new Iberostar webpage, users can also find a section with updated information related to corporate issues, upcoming events, and the Iberostar Foundation's most recent activities. Guests who would like to join the Iberostar family can visit the retooled "Job Opportunities" section of the site as well.
