    "Had a good time"

    I’m very happy about my trip. Hotel was nice! Beds were very uncomfortable but the A/C in the room was working well. Quiet room, not noisy. Beach was nice. If you don’t like the busy pool, that’s ok because there are 2 other pools where you can relax. The staff at the lobby bar is very friendly and efficient.

    "Smoking allowed in public area spoiled the experience for me"

    Only if smoking will be prohibited in public areas, otherwise l would not go or send any of my friends there to inhale that never-ending cigarette smoke!

    We sincerely apologize for your dissatisfaction concerning smoking because in our establishment our main goal is to gratify all of our visitors, although at times this is a demanding task due to different tastes and desires. Guests who wish to can smoke on the balcony of their room or outside and on open public areas. Unfortunately, it is not possible to control the behaviour of each guest in this respect. We maximize our cleaning efforts in areas where smoking has taken place and we deeply regret that this factor made your holiday less than perfect and we have passed your comments on to the correct department. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

    "The slush drinks were not slush drinks. No ice in them at all"

    Asked several times to have a fridge replaced in our family suites it was not working. Never was done. Safe was not working when we got there. Took 3 times before it was fixed correctly. Yoel (Joel) was very helpful by checking on our room to see when it would be done. Recommend a private tour of Havana. We really enjoyed this Bar drinks - they need to learn to pour a proper drink. One time you get it and it's very potent. Next time it was week.

    "Dont let things go fix things"

    It used to be a 5 star the rooms were broken down need updating elevators didnt work half the time the blue canvases over the pillars were missing no shade by pool the buffet used to have more variety now its the same everyday used to have a water show thats gone i came back with bites over my body think its bed bugs because i didnt go to the beach very disappointed and itchy it was a great place it is run down and below expectation So sorry to see it fall apart

    We always welcome the opinions of our guests as they give us an insight into areas of our hotel through their eyes and we believe that if an area of our hotel has room for improvement we will endeavor to do so.

    Our hotel is located in a tropical environment and bugs, mosquitos andh sand flies are all over the area, we fumigate in order to control them, but we cannot totaly erradicate them.

    Although it would appear this was not the perfect fit for you and your partner/family, we hope you will join us again at one of our many other beautifully located Iberostar Hotels for your next holiday.

    "Very good overall"

    Not that I want to complain, I just want to give my true opinion and help for improvement: Good: Very friendly staff, entertainment team was really good, playful and helpful. nice buffet descent rooms evening entertainment (although always dance and signing) great beach To improve: Hot tub not hot variety of evening entertainment (ie: magic/comedians etc...) shaded areas around the pool coffee at cafeteria Hard to get water

    "I went for my wedding with 60 guests. The wedding day was perfect, Enith is very good at her job."

    The a la carte Italian ckicken and lasagna were terrible. We were thinking it was just a one night thing but went again and it was the same. Japanese was amazing. Rooms were dated but very clean and comfy enough but need new matresses !!Staff were amazing, best of all the resorts Ive been to:)

    Regarding jelly fish we are very sorry, it is usual with bad time that they come closer to the beach. An apology for that.

    "Relaxing and good"

    It was a pleasure, overall quality is good but some points needs to improve. 1: humidity stains in the room 2: buffet need more heat 3: cleanless of tables at the buffet. 4: air conditioning, power outlet for the shaver on the hair dryer, and balcony light did'nt work in room #14405. That being said, your staff is awsome and cover those little lacks.

    However we we regret to know that we were unable to meet in a timely matter your expectations during your holiday mainly regarding the food and maintenance. Your comments are greatly appreciated, as it allows us an opportunity to thoroughly evaluate our resort operations.

    As per food temperature we can guarantee you that there is nothing to worry about this situation, we will not take any risk in this matter. We do check platters temperature regularly and do not fill them completely to avoid food getting cold, but the fact that food is exposed open air and that temperatures (climate wise) have not been high during the last few weeks, make it difficult for us to maintain such food very hot at all times.

    An apology for the drawbacks in your room, our maintenance manager is aware and will take the necessary actions.

    We very much appreciate you mentioning the great service of our servers; we will definitely share your comments with them. Therefore we truly hope we may have the chance in the near future to host you back under better circumstances.
