    "Extraordinary stay!"

    Fantastic stay! Marco from Entertainment team and Claudia at pool service were remarkable! Everywhere we were treated like valued guests.

    "Already stated not nearly as good as previous 3 stays."

    Shout to the entertainment staff Alex, Marco and Marcelo they do a fantastic job. Our room 3012 was damp all the time. Very bad. Floors were wet and they were slippery all the time. First week of the stay they ran out of white wine, champagne and even beer for a coupe of days. This was our 4th visit to this hotel and it was not wheres as good as the other visits. Very crowded the second week. Hard to get service and the waiters are run off their feet. Not pleasant to see this.

    "Winter holidays"

    David in nightly entertainment was excellent. Macelo and Marco were excellent from the entertainment group. Edith is a delight to speak with each day even when she is just passing by. New staff, names unknown, are energetic and ready to help and assist.

    "The evening entertainment was exceptional and the "Rock" show was AMAZING!"

    Bouquets to Ilse Castorena from the Public Relations for her friendly, calming demeanor and professionalism. Concierge Derek, Alfredo G, Rosie and Moises for their exceptional friendliness and accommodating manner. Frank who was a consummate advocate for the Iberostar Club, always greeted with warmth and enthusiasm; that includes Antonio and Nathalia.     "Better pillows would be nice. The mini fridges do not get cold enough"

    It would be very appreciated if the roof top bar overlooking the ocean stayed open as late as the lobby bar. Many of our group wanted to be outside enjoying the evening. There should be a bathroom close to this bar added

    "Best all-inclusive vacation"

    This is the first time we have tried an all-inclusive. We love it! The shows were amazing and not to be missed! We also enjoyed the activities especially archery and rifle shooting. The instructors were energetic and took the time to let everyone have a good time. Food was great! Chicken was always perfect and moist. The beef at the Japanese restaurant was delicious. My favorite was the passion fruit eclair. Fruits were fresh and very sweet. The resort was beautifully maintained.

    "Good value for your money."

    Ample, friendly, hard working, staff. Immaculately clean suites maintained twice daily. Flawless ground keeping. Food out of this world. Lots to do or just relax by the canopy covered infinity pool. Park your wallet in the safe upon arrival. Other than well deserved tips, in American dollars, it's all covered. Just nothing like this concept in Canada or the USA. All inclusive is definitely the way to go. Mexican temperature is hot and humid, so after one week I was ready to return to normal.

    Great week at the Iberostar Playa Mita. I would recommend having the check in staff inform the guest checking in that their bed type request was not met. I requested a kind and was surprised when I walked in to two doubles/twins. I rated the bathroom so low due to the set up of the shower. Not having a shower door all the way across made for a very dangerous exit to the shower when both the bathroom floor and front entrance floor were absolutely flooded. Very dangerous.

    "Also you should explain the pool policies upon check in. We were fine with it"

    We were there for fiesta night with our 6 year old grandson. As you know carnival games are very hard for adults even harder for children. The games are impossible for a 6 yr old to win. One game, the ball toss where the goal is to get 2 out of three thru the hole was very upsetting to my grandson. He got one out of three and tried again and got another one. In his mind he got his 2 that he needed. He was in tears and your employee knew this and he truely thought he won. Very upsetting
