Food was largely inedible. Steaks were very salty and unedible. Italian restaurant has few Italian dishes. Tomato sauce was glorified ketchup. Tough to get reservations yet restaurants were empty once inside. Buffets often ran out and I repeatedly had to ask for replacements. Asked for early check in but was not honored. Registered on line to avoid check in but had to repeat anyway. Everyone was very nice and attentive and we enjoyed our stay but poor food quality across the board will prevent

My first day experience was horrible due to the A/C of the room and also my wife told me couple times bell boys with poor attitude but overall the facility, food, entertainment exceeds my standards,

"Wife's Birthday Celebration"
The staff were amazing. Orlando that did the breakfast, Iseral at Mexican restaurant, Angel golf cart driver, Nester and Jimenez the Concierge for building 60 were beyond amazing!!!! The bartender that worked at the bar at the swim up pool was a great person and he did an amazing jobs with our drinks. The lady that checked us in was super nice and friendly!!!

I recommend this Hotel for anyone who wants to relax the moment you enter. Plenty to do and to just relax if that is what you want.No hassles or issues with anything.The staff was so friendly and efficient. I was impressed.

"Nice place but it was to much money for not getting to use the things offered at the property."
The daytime activities seemed awesome but we never got to do any of them because there was always some excuse why we couldn't kayayk or ride bikes or there wasn't even anyone there during open hours. Having to make advance dinner reservations was also annoying and didn't work out for us.
