"Pretentious and overall not very friendly."
Staff experience was varied, from rude and miserable to extremely friendly a total contrast to the Grand Bahia we had stayed for the duration of our holiday. As it was a flight delay we have a direct comparison for an honest opinion. Food we found was pretentious, and were felt wanting after the majority of our dining experiences. The dining room to the right in the main buffet having the worst staff we have experienced in Mexico, with the steakhouse being the total opposite.

We thought the lobby concierge could have been more informative about our general stay instead of trying to push us to do the 1.5 hour breakfast presentation. Our building concierge was useless. Our waiter DANIEL at the Mediterranean Restaurant was fantastic. ANGEL in the buffet restaurant was very helpful. We went for a walk to the Maya resort to take a look at the lobby and were rudely treated by a bellman because we were staying at the Lindo. I reported him to the concierge at our

The evening shows were a little late for us with be time change but we really got to enjoy the gym services and loved our stay. Our room had a lot of little things not working. (Outside light, air conditioner, safe, bathroom plug) but they were fixed promptly.

"Okay not a great resort"
Too much of sea weeds on shore and they piles up by the staff without removing them. On our 5th day stayed I brought it to the attention of the security guard, then he talked to his manager and the next day I noticed the sea weeds had been removed. I was so happy about it. The last resort we stayed, Grand Bahia which they have many staffs cleaning and removing the sea weeds on the sea shore daily. Your resort has only 4 or 5 staffs cleaning the sea weeds and pile up & not remove daily.

"Happy with my experience"
Again, I love iberostar because the staff is friendly, the entertainment team always approach us to ask us to join in playing volleyball, water polo etc and I really like that. They take time to make you feel happy and entertained. Only one bad experience with a staff member from the Star Market next to the pool. Her name is Maria. Her approach to me was rude and harsh. I did tell her that her behavior was out of line and that I would say something about it.

"Overall it was a great experience"
even though, there are signs posted throughout the hotel of unattended things will be removed from beach and pool chairs, people still reserve them with towels and other items, since there is not follow up on the policy posted on signs.

Apologies as I do not have the time to write 500 words. I have given all your questions five stars except #4 for value as it is difficult to accurately answer this question. I have not been to that many inclusive hotels to give an honest answer. Know that my family had a wonderful time and would be happy to repeat out experience. Thank you.

Would you like to submit a review to with this survey? This is not English. Should read Wood you like to submit a review to which of these surveys? I must say you have the worst pillows of any hotel we have stayed in, hard, uncomfortable. Your A La Carte restaurants should be first come first served; never any reservations left but if you show up without a reservation, you can get in and 45 minutes later the restaurant is still 60% empty. The grounds are very well maintained. I would go back.

Very nice and clean complex, staff very polite, friendly and respectful. The gym is amazing and the teachers are wonderful and professional. The food is very tasty and good and the restaurants are amazing. The beach is beautiful! The spa is the cherry on the top!
