You have a staff member by the name of Ijtai and she works in the lobby at Paraiso Del Mar in Mexico. She saved our trip from becoming a disaster. She is an outstanding caring and efficient employee. I hope she gets recognized. My husband left a bag on the transfer bus and it was totally our fault. Within mins she contacted WestJet, then contacted Best Day Travel, then contacted our transfer driver and she was able to get our bag back within 15 mins which had very important medications in it.

Was a good vacation but we didn’t get the room we wanted. We had booked a junior suite with a king size bed and we got a junior suite with 2 double bed.

We didn't have any hot water in the shower. We have asked several time to have this problem fixed but nobody did it.

need to get up at 6am for a pool chair is ridicules! maybe have someone seating people as they come? alacarte is silly might as well open up and take them as they come. your upper management should be required to stay at hotel excellence, Fairmont mayakoba, dreams cancun to see how a resort should be run.

Allow us to mention that our resort has a policy that forbids to reserve the sunbeds, in case somebody reserves them for more than one hour without using them, our Security staff will kindly remove the towels and personal belongings so other guests can enjoy of a relaxing time on the shade near the pool area. We assure you we will reinforce our procedure along with our Security staff and we apologize if this meant an inconvenience for you.

Two things. We called because our tv remote wasn't working and no one checked it out. Also the peacocks were on our balcony and the floor was dirty all the time. We couldn't enjoy the last minutes of sun on our balcony. Next time I would ask to have another unit, not in the 39XX, but the 38XX or the 40XX seemed better.

The grounds were kept very well and I loved the small touches of Flamingos. swans ,coatis, and peacocks. The pool was a little cold probably due to the weather.

"Great family time but hotel needs to improve"
Staff is great but the are thing that scape from their hands... clean lady was great but the room was with not enough plugs for all devices and not dresser in room.. We had to keep clothes in shelves and not enough for 4 of us. Power were off two days for 20m. Quality meat at steak rest is really poor, had to leave and go to buffet. Toilet was stuck and we call 3 times until someone came. Room service food was just ok but they sent food and no fork or spoon, literally spread butter with my finge

It is fulfilling to know that our staff provided you with an excellent service during your vacation. It is part of our philosophy to provide our guests the best service, so we are glad to know we accomplished this.
It is important to mention that we are an Eco-Friendly hotel which means that we have strict policies about environmental measures, one of them it is the number of plugs in our rooms. Relating to the power off issue, let us inform you that it was an issue because of the Electricity Company and unfortunately we cannot do anything about it. In relation to the issue you have got in the toilet, food and Room Service we will let know to the related areas in order to work on it.
