    "Next time we will stay longer!"

    This is one of the best hotel-resorts we have stayed at. The genuine feeling of luxury and being pampered is felt in every aspect of services and accomodations. Iberostar knows how to treat their guests and at Grand Paraiso it excels in hospitality. This is one that we will highly recommend.

    "Good overall, but not as good as some other Iberostar resorts though"

    We had trouble with the telephone butler service. Twice I requested wine and lime segments in the room on our last evening and they did not show up. Very disappointed with this as it did spoil our last night. Hotel needs to stop the activity of putting towels on sun beds. Many times we were unable to find a sun bed because all the unoccupied beds had towels left on them by other guests. Some guests reserved sunbeds at beach and pool all day.

    "Overall experience was excellent"

    As a repeat guest for many years, we still find the staff to be the main reason we keep returning. We always look forward to seeing our friends (from the staff and repeat guests) we've made through the years. We all keep in touch throughout the year. The resort is always very clean and upkeep is constant. The food is always very good with plenty of drink options. The golf course at the resort is spectacular and perfectly maintained. The overall experience of the Grand keeps us coming back.

    "Friends have great time at Riviera Maya!"

    Wonderful hotel and staff! Grounds are impeccably maintained. Staff friendly and helpful, although some experience with language barrier. Quiet pool was a peaceful venue to do exercises for my back. Restaurant staff very willing to adapt menu choices.

    "We would return"

    Everything was perfect except two things: the bed pillows were way to thick and stiff( very tough on the neck,) and we were not informed (or at least did not understand that the buffet was not available each night, and therefore, we needed to make a restaurant reservation to get times when we would like to eat dinner. One night, we were forced to eat at the Mayan, and honestly, we did not enjoy it... we so very much enjoyed the atmosphere on the Grande property.

    "Any issue that we had was promptly corrected by the concierge staff."

    Great Entertainment team staff. Sailin, Karen, Oscar, Ivan, Miguel, Sayra, Carlos. All of your employees that we interacted with were top notch. Just can't remember everyone's name. Beach waiter Eli, well informed and fun to talk to. Pool concierge, Mirna, excellent employee who does a great job and is always looking out for guest's satisfaction. Waiters all great, Jesus, Alejandro, Emilio. Your new Mixology bar with professional mixologist's Luilly and Alejandro is very top notch!
