Beautiful hotel, very clean and extremely friendly staff. Showers constantly changed from scolding hot to freezing cold. Very annoying and sometimes painful. Although all staff members were friendly, it seemed like they served you what they wanted. Numerous times during my stay I would order a beverage, food or service, etc and get something completely different. This also happened to each couple we were on vacation with. It was amusing, but a bit annoying as well.

"What a wonderful stay"
Wonderful Hotel with excellent Food, outstanding evening shows, Great Animation Team. Roms are great. Lovely Beach. We will definitely come back. Two Minor points: Allinclusive wines are mostly spanish. I would prefer greater country variety. Beach has always some algaes close to the water despite continuisly manual cleaning.

Overall, another great experience. I am however, very frustrated and disappointed on the reluctance of your restaurant captains to provide me with my choice of wine listed on your all inclusive section of wines. They always tell me the wine Rey de Copa Reserve is not available and provide an alternate option. I am forced at every restaurant to argue and see a hotel manager. After much arguing a bottle mysteriously appears. I plan to return with my family to the grand Paraiso this Christmas . I

I'm very impressed by this hotel. The service and friendliness was truly great. Everyone does a marvelous job. My experience was really great and I would recommend. The only ''4 out of 5'' I put in this survey was only because it wasn't the greatest cannelloni I ever ate on that one time, it was still good. I just felt the need to put a ''4'' somewhere in this survey. Thanks for everything, I will come back one day.

"Efforts were made to fix the problem but never accomplished."
Overall a good experience. Did not feel good value for what we paid. Golf experience was excellent (not asked about in survey). Ocean front rooms are well placed and provide excellent access for beach. Beautiful property. Reservations for restaurants a pain and wrist bands a nuisance. The light problems in the room were the biggest issue with every light in the room coming on for no reason at all times of early morning and waking my wife, let alone scaring her thinking someone had come in.

We are working already with light problems and we will do our best to avoid this inconvenience in the near future.
Regarding the points you have mentioned about the wrist bands, allow us to let you know that being our hotel private property, the wrist bands are the best way to identify all of our guests and visitors so we can guarantee you a safe ambiance without the entrance of any external people. Wrist bands along with our 24 hours security cameras and security staff will help us avoid any kind of situations, as you wellbeing an safety are our priority.

"We had excellent service by Juan at the towel shack who, without us asking, covered our chairs."
The four of us were disappointed in the quality of the food at the Iberostar Grand Italian restaurant, Venecia. The lobster risotto was dry and lacked taste. Our experiences at the other restaurants were very good. Most of the servers were very friendly, pleasant and helpful. We had fantastic service by Ernesto at the LaBrisa restaurant who happened to see us every morning at 8am sitting in the outside patio enjoying the view of the beach and ocean and voluntarily brought us coffee.
