    "I can easily recommend a stay at the Grand Bavaro"

    Overall we had a great time, you can't control the weather....but the staff for the most part was excellent, Jhonny was phenominal, he gave us a wonderful wine choice on our last night and it was very good for the price. He was also exceptional at the Buffet and very intuitive on one of our themed dinner nights. Our Butler's were Hernandez and Sylvestre, they too were very attentive, there when you needed them but not overbearing. I would give them both 5 stars.

    "Excellent!"

    Your staff at the Bavaro Grand is simply the best! We love the service we get when we go. Wilnet and the entire bell staff was just outstanding. Starling, Maria, and the rest of the Star Friends are great fun. Ery, Tomas, and the rest of the Bar Staff make great drinks. We will return!

    Smoking areas away from non smoking areas. Implement a no reservations for dinner at the restaurants.

    Drinks were weak, did not asked if we wanted drinks by the pool (only once) did not enjoy buffet for dinner or breakfast, butler service was bad asked for our mini bar to be restocked and took 2 days for it to happen

    "Not too many choices, different island different culture. The service was overall great."

    I went to Iberostar Grand twice this year. I stayed in Jamaica for 8days in August for my 25th wedding anniversary, and I must say it is my favorite. The food and liquor, drinks were exceptional. The service was superb and the staff was extremely courteous and polite. I love this place, a home away from home. I took my staff 8 of us to Iberostar Grand Bravo in Punta Canta this past week for 5 days, I must say it was a little bit different. The food and liquor was not the same quality.

    "great vacation"

    We stayed at the Iberostar Grand for seven days, and each day we were more and more impressed with the experience. The weather was perfect. The Hotel and grounds were the most beautiful of any place we have stayed at in the Carribean. There is a life size schooner in the middle of the man made lake!! The restaurants were top notch and the buffets were varied and delicious. The best part was the service. Each employee is friendly, caring and very well trained. They can't do enough for you, from t
