    "Only issue we had was no hairdryer in the room."

    We were guests on a company sponsored event. The experience was wonderful. My wife and I plan to come back at a future date on our own. Our butlers Denny and Daniel were outstanding. They really understand customer service and went above and beyond!!

    "Your food in the lobby bar is not good. Has no taste."

    Don’t ever, ever do that tribute to James Brown!!!!! It was a disgrace! Take it out of you show until you find someone who can sing at least one of his notes.

    Loved our stay! Gasolena and Yocairi from the entertainment team were great! Excellent service from our butlers Fermin and Melvin as well! Really excellent service and food! Great bartenders at the pool bar especially! Loved the turndown service as well!

    "I can easily recommend a stay at the Grand Bavaro"

    Overall we had a great time, you can't control the weather....but the staff for the most part was excellent, Jhonny was phenominal, he gave us a wonderful wine choice on our last night and it was very good for the price. He was also exceptional at the Buffet and very intuitive on one of our themed dinner nights. Our Butler's were Hernandez and Sylvestre, they too were very attentive, there when you needed them but not overbearing. I would give them both 5 stars.
