    "Fabulous, friendly staff. I had a relaxing stay."

    We had a blast! Friendly and attentive service all around. The rooms were remade and refrigerators restocked daily, and the entire facility was spotless. There was plenty of food and lots of variety, but the quality was only OK. However, the drinks were excellent! Beautiful herons, ducks, and flamingos(!) joined us for breakfast every morning. The beach was gorgeous with soft, white sand, crystal clear, blue water, and plenty of lounge chairs and tiki umbrellas for everyone. Highly recommended!

    "Enjoyable but but our Mexican experience is still bether"

    Overall, food is not tasty, it misses spice and caracter at the buffet. Really to much salt at the Japanese but Mediteranean and Italian were excellent. It took 3 calls and one visit to reception overs 3.5 to get someone to react to our ants infestation in the room... inaceptable! Bath was rusty and we couldn't use it (2678). Mattress was so deep, we didn't sleep well. My wife had to go to Hospiten, we would have appreciated help and translation capabilities. Friendly staff and nice beach.

    "Very mixed up - great when things were working. Hopeless, when something goes wrong."

    When processes and things are working - everything is great! But if something goes wrong; then it is absolutely hopeless. People are not willing to help; might be due to a lot from the staff (even in front desk) speaking very poor English. They are not able to make any decisions - and since most is crossfunctional from a customer perpsective - they end up runinng around trying to ask their managers; had 8 different situations. I did try to give feedback to the hotel - but no one cared!

    "We enjoyed our restaurant experience our favorite was the steakhouse the steak was cooked to perfect"

    The bathrooms definitely need an upgrade. The hinges on the glass shower doors were rusted. There was a rusty plate covering some kind of a hole next to the toilet area. Toilet area was too narrow. The glass shower walls were never washed. We had to ask for towels everyday. They took our glasses in the bathroom and never replace them and we asked several times. We killed two cockroaches in our room one of which was to in long that was very unsettling.

    Thank you very much for our vacation,the staff tried hard,despite the hurricane we had a great time,I would stay there again,the hotel keeps its high level for a long amount of time,the only wish for late check out for regular guests, I would like to get a discount, not to pay all at $ 20 per hour thank you Iberostar again

    "Thank you all very much for a wonderful holiday!"

    The hotel is magnificent. Very well-groomed, clean, green, beautiful territory. Simply wonderful service, cleaning is very high quality, very good food, both in the main and ala-carte restaurants. Animators (JJ, Rosa, Romeo and other guys) are very cheerful, kind guys, they plow like a hare-energizer from morning till night. The receptionists will always help (Franklin, Ronny especially).Thank you all very much for a wonderful holiday!

    "Very good"

    Drinks were bad overall, very artificial, not made with fresh fruit. Juices too, we would expect them much better. Good massage experience at SPA, but worse manicure and pedicure ever (waste of money). Overall, very good hotel, great pool, friendly staff, great food variety.
