    "Nice hotel, very clean and food very good for an AI."

    1. Not shown where our room was on arrival and had to wander off to find this (sent in the wrong direction) 2. Had to pay for the Spa. This should be included in the all inclusive experience 3. The pools were lovely but not heated. Therefore unable to use them. Everyone used the jacuzzi because of this. 4. Refused to extend our room the evening before our departure by the lad on reception and told to either book on line or through our travel agent. Poor service there.

    "Not as good as previous Iberostar all inclusive."

    Overall pretty good. Major problem was with restaurant where dress policy (no shorts, no sleeveless at dinner) was totally ignored. On many nights it was chaotic at times. Food descriptions were poor, Entertainment staff were poor, Capability with all languages was minimal. Although we booked 'all inclusive' there were many add-ons that were not included in that package eg spa, beach restaurant. Influx of large professional groups took space restaurant & bars and detracted from a holiday 'feel'

At our establishment we try to please all of our guests all of the time, however, we apologise to you for the inconvenience caused regarding our dress rules at our evening meal, we will relay your personal impressions to our team, and on the same note, we regret that you found our restaurant busy, at certain times of the year it can be very active, due to the fact that it is a family orientated hotel and we are influenced by school timetables, however, on a future occasion if you contact our dedicated call centre they will gladly assist you in finding a bespoke hotel that suits your needs perfectly.

     

    Furthermore, we are sorry to read of your disappointment with our entertainment offer, we promise to continue doing our best to bring performances that are of good taste and varied for our guest's enjoyment. We thank you for this constructive critique as it is through comments such as yours that we can continue to improve and surpass our superb standards on a daily basis.     "Good clean and well maintained hotel - disappointed the drink prices fluctuated every night"

    Overall our stay was good hotel was clean and comfortable. However over our 7 day stay the restaurant staff seemed confused as to the pricing of our drinks with our dinner - we were charged different prices for the same drinks. Each personnel seemed to makeup the prices for our drinks ... in the end we just ordered bottle water ... but they got that wrong!!! The boys loved the lobsters

    "mentioned I ALWAYS GO TO Malaga PLAYA at Torrox Costa"

    Hotel was a bit far out if you wanted shops,Taxis were a bit expencive also there were buses but a long walk to get one.Our room was to include a use of privte pool which hotel said it was closed,also my grandson who is twelve did not have anything to do a part playing darts,ping pong but nobody turned up.I KNOW IT IS NEARLY THE END OF THE SEASONbut surely all thins should go on until the end .I am not very happy with your hotel at estepona I WONT BE BACK TO THIS ONE FOR ALL THE REASONS I HAVE M

    "Comfortable and relaxing"

    Staff and cleanliness were excellent which really made our holiday. Food variety and quality were superb, even catering for one of our party with gluten free and dairy free options. Rooms were comfortable and quiet, and well equipped. The evening entertainment wasn't to our taste, more quality musicians and less karaoke style entertainment would be nice. We will definitely consider returning to iberostar for our next holiday. Maybe a small map of the hotel and its facilities would be good.

    "Oustanding!!!"

    First of all manny, manny thanks to the chef LUIS!!!He helped my wife with her gluten intolerance problem. Every day he asked how he could help. And he did it!!! Not only with my wife, with everybody. Excellent and professional guy. All my respect!! All the services were EXCELLENT!!!I will recommend to all friends and acquaintances!!!

    "A well run hotel in a good sea front location but located in a quiet area."

    Overall a very nice hotel with very good food. We had an upgrade to a sea facing room and probably the nicest we have ever stayed in. The location is a little quiet but we got a taxi to the town centre. We chose Iberostar based on previous good experiences so well done once again.

    "A great holiday in a great hotel - highly recommended."

    This is an excellent hotel, the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The staff are very well trained - professional, yet genuinely friendly and happy to do whatever they can for you.

    "would come back"

    Really good family hotel. Probably not a choice for couples as was, at times, noisy with lots of children but that didn't bother us. The beach bar/ restaurant was disappointing - could have had a lot more atmosphere and the service was poor. Everywhere else was very good and the room was better than I was expecting - spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a great time.

    "standard of hotel. When I complained the management were very reactive and tried to put things"

    Check in was chaotic. Room was not ready - had to keep returning to reception to check - finally in room 2 hours after checking in at 3.15pm - if I hadnt chased this it would probably have taken longer. Entertainment was absolutely first class with very hard working enthusiastic staff Drinks in bar were very weak - not the usual standard I have been used to in Spain. Bar staff abrupt, unfriendly and totally demotivated Quality of cooked meat and fish in restaurant was inferior for this

    A passion for gastronomy is one of the main attractions of our hotel. Therefore we greatly regret that you were not completely satisfied with our food and drinks offer which is dissimilar to other guests ratings.  We have forwarded your comment to the team of chefs for their consideration and we are sorry for the possible inconvenience caused. In the future we invite you to personally transmit during your stay any complaint or suggestion you may have and therefore that will give us the opportunity to intervene and make your holiday even more enjoyable.

    Furthermore, we are surprised to read your comment about our staff because in our hotel chain we carefully select all our staff and we take care of their continued training in order to guarantee the high standards of quality that characterize us. We have sent your comments to the relevant departments and we will do our best to ensure that any situation that does not meet our criteria is corrected. We sincerely regret the impression received. We are very sad that your room was not prepared at the appropriate time, our professional team of housekeepers work very hard on a daily basis to assure our guests comfort, sometimes during peak season it can happen that there is a small delay for that we are truly sorry.

    On the other hand, we want to thank you for mentioning our entertainment team, they do work hard trying to make sure that our guests who choose to, have the option of keeping themselves active with a wide range of fitness activities and they also manage to present shows that are fun and entertaining for guests of all ages and cultures which is quite a difficult task.  We will certainly relay your kind words to those involved in this facet of our hotel and we are sure they will be pleased to know they have been appreciated.
