On arrival to the hotel, our Guest Service will accompany you to the exclusive Star Prestige reception for personalised check-in and will then be available for a tour of the facilities, or whenever you choose. Don’t worry about your luggage, we’ll bring it to your room for you and can collect it too.

In the room itself, you’ll find a complimentary minibar as well as welcome details and a turndown service. If you need to go online and left your laptop or tablet at home, there is one available for you to use.

On the last day of your holiday, if there is availability, you can choose the late check-out option and take it easy in your room until it’s time to head for the airport.
