Lovely ambiance which enabled us to relax completely. Love the all-inclusive element so that we could leave money in the safe(apart from small coins for tips). The Hobie-Cat was great fun. "Repeat experience from previous which what we were expecting to get"
Grand Village staff is great and the main reason to return. The staff to client ratio is unmatch9ed at this price point and so is the privacy and quiet atmosphere. Fantastic hotel with amazing staff. Jose Luis always greeted us with a smile and a hug. Yuli at the lobby bar was incredible and always made sure we were smiling and taken care of. Our stay was lovely the beach and pool was amazing in the pool bar there is a young lad called yuniely he was fantastic with us he was so polite and funny and always smiling and always happy to fetch us drinks. And also there is a lady called greta in the buffet area she was always happy and made sure she found us a table and was always willing to help us what a lovely lady she is. Review the status of the air conditioning at the rooms. We had 3 rooms an all of them has the same situation with the A/A System. In my opinion should have more variety of places for have snacks.
