"It Was And Is Always "Great" that's why we keep going back!!"
This was our 10th time staying at Iberostar/Cancun due to the staff (Isis Martinez and Miguel Montiel have become personal friends from us staying there so much. Last year we brought my wife's son and his wife. This year we took her sister and her husband - they were overwhelmed with the total experience at the Iberostar. Staff, employee's, property, food, beach, pool and entertainment are always outstanding in our book. My wife and I go twice a year - May & Sept.

"Overall a great experience"
1.This hotel is lacking bathrooms for the size of the hotel. bathrooms are a far hike away from the pool area and is not enough. 2. Mexican restaurant or Bar should serve ceviche with chips .. that was a disappointment being in Mexico and not able to get this. 3. Rooms were comfortable BUT need an additional trash can by the desk. Easy fix so clients don’t have to go to the bathroom every time something needs thrown away.

"Had a pleasant, relaxing experience."
A few minor problems; outlets in our room tended to be loose, and a few didn't work. Air conditioning failed throughout the hotel during one half-day. Overall everything was nice - the staff were almost all excellent, the lobby is beautiful, it's a very nice place.

"Amazing holiday fantastic location"
This was my first time to Mexico, I chose this Hotel Through recommendation, am glad I did, this is a magnificent hotel which is run SUPERBLY. I have only previously holidayed in Europe Egypt Etc. Where I have had many many great holidays. But this hotel was Fantastic. Staff Food Entertainment Location. Etc. I can't Speke highly enough of this hotel, A Very Big Thank You. To all the Inerostar Staff we had an Amazing Experience. To many to mention. Jorge snack bar Especially.

The ONLY reason i wouldnt recommend is because of the quality of the food. But if food was not as high on someones priority list i would definitely recommend.
