    "Amazing holiday fantastic location"

    This was my first time to Mexico, I chose this Hotel Through recommendation, am glad I did, this is a magnificent hotel which is run SUPERBLY. I have only previously holidayed in Europe Egypt Etc. Where I have had many many great holidays. But this hotel was Fantastic. Staff Food Entertainment Location. Etc. I can't Speke highly enough of this hotel, A Very Big Thank You. To all the Inerostar Staff we had an Amazing Experience. To many to mention. Jorge snack bar Especially.

    "Very relaxing"

    The ONLY reason i wouldnt recommend is because of the quality of the food. But if food was not as high on someones priority list i would definitely recommend.

    "food was average...not great .... nice place and service ..."

    pushing too much to sell other things ...we paid a lot of money to have calls over and over and messages....very arrogant front desk person when asking for something

    Excellent overall experience here. As it was our first time in Cancun, I will definitely return because of this experience. When we had a problem with the air conditioning, we reported it to the front desk and it was fixed by the time we got back from dinner. Excellent.

    The convention of the aerobics was a very bad experience, screaming children running everywhere, no discipline, we choose late September as our children are grown up now so prefer it quiet, quiet it was not. More advise should be provided regarding conventions. Food was cold and should have been hot, had bad stomach twice resulting in medication. Staff in the Steak restaurant wasn't very friendly even ignoring my wife when she mentioned it was her birthday.

    My only complaint would be that the A/C in our room was not working properly and I called the front desk about it 3 times, but it was never fixed. Other than that everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The workers at the pool bar were especially nice and made sure we had the best time!

    Very friendly staff and excellent entertainment staff especially David and Antonio . Only 2 complaints buffet food could Hav been warmer and often ran out of Smirnoff vodka after asking before holiday if smirniff was available

    We are glad to know that you enjoyed the attention from our friendly staff.

    On the other hand, we are sorry that the food in the buffet was not up to your expectations; regarding the temperature we would like to mention that our hotel has a specific Health & Safety department which works in association with consultancy of an independent company who is in charge of verifying temperatures, hygiene procedure and food & beverage handling.  At the buffet area, efforts are made to avoid food getting cold: temperature is checked constantly, platters are not filled completely and they are changed more often; however, being in open air or with A/C does influence on the food temperature while guests go around the restaurant filling up their plate, however we are working on this matter in order to meet our guests satisfaction.

    A wonderful holiday at the Iberostar Cancun. Fantastic hotel, magnificent staff. Nothing was too much trouble for any member of staff, from the front desk, bar/waiting staff, entertainment team, cleaners and maintenance team. All of them a real credit to Iberostar. Great choice of food from the many restaurants and snack bars. My only slight niggle was the rooms are starting to look a little tired, still very clean and more than adequate and did not detract from the overall enjoyment.
