The front desk check in staffs are very friendly, but when we found out there is other restaurant we can book a table for dinner, that staff wasn’t helpful, she keeps saying fully booked. The buffet restaurant doesn’t much cooked vegetables, which doesn’t offer much choice for my vegetarian mother who doesn’t want eat salad only. Otherwise the hotel is great, can access the beach directly. We would like to go back again for longer holiday.

Disappointed with “reservation system” for themed dining rooms. We were only able to get one reservation for our 5 night stay. Elevator out of service. When I asked the concierge where the stairs were, NONE of the concierges knew where the stairs were located.

We truly regret to know that you had some inconveniences with our dinner reservations system. Our main goal is to offer our guests a unique and special experience where meals are made-to-order, so we can provide freshness and quality along with personalized service. In order to achieve this, we cannot occupy all the restaurant tables during the first seating because some of our guests take longer to enjoy dinner and part of the experience is not to rush while serving them.
Likewise, the availability of the reservations depends on the number of guests we have at the hotel at the time. However, we do try to be really flexible with this, as we know that many guests like to repeat their visits to certain restaurants. When guests that did not make reservations ask our employees, they are allowed in as long as there is space available. Also, sometimes our guests that do make reservations do not show up so we need to wait a few minutes until we can give their space to other guests, nevertheless we are working to improve all our services, at it is our main purpose to achieve the complete satisfaction of our guests.
Once again, we thank you for sharing your experience with us and we hope you can give us another opportunity to host you again in the future.

"It Was And Is Always "Great" that's why we keep going back!!"
This was our 10th time staying at Iberostar/Cancun due to the staff (Isis Martinez and Miguel Montiel have become personal friends from us staying there so much. Last year we brought my wife's son and his wife. This year we took her sister and her husband - they were overwhelmed with the total experience at the Iberostar. Staff, employee's, property, food, beach, pool and entertainment are always outstanding in our book. My wife and I go twice a year - May & Sept.

"Overall a great experience"
1.This hotel is lacking bathrooms for the size of the hotel. bathrooms are a far hike away from the pool area and is not enough. 2. Mexican restaurant or Bar should serve ceviche with chips .. that was a disappointment being in Mexico and not able to get this. 3. Rooms were comfortable BUT need an additional trash can by the desk. Easy fix so clients don’t have to go to the bathroom every time something needs thrown away.

"Had a pleasant, relaxing experience."
A few minor problems; outlets in our room tended to be loose, and a few didn't work. Air conditioning failed throughout the hotel during one half-day. Overall everything was nice - the staff were almost all excellent, the lobby is beautiful, it's a very nice place.
