Good but can be improved on details

"Hello,In Andalucia playa:1 one elevator on the 2 was broken down, and our room at the 2nd floor but 4 levels floor, with 2 suitcases of 23 kg each and problem of back...nobody made any proposal to take a far away elevator to reach the right floor...in fact we had to ask the reception as if thay did not know the failing elevator...2 We had to call the hot line for reaching Internet: no IP address was given by the WIFI system, which is totally unsual to me, even first time. It took more than half an hour to solve the problem.Internet access is expensive as it is now free in most hotels.3 The water of the pool a little bit cold, but it was OK we could swim a lot !4 The wines, house wine Valdapenas rosado was terrible, and the Cadiz wine ( Barbadillo) sold 3 euros in the shop is priced 16 euros at the restaurant. It gives a bad impression, like the tourist is a sheep to collect...5 when leaving, at the reception, we were charged 9 euros in excess for a minibar we did not use. We made the remark and the man accepted to take the sum off, but spoke in Spanish to the woman at reception as if we would lie and that there is no proof for the hotel when customers use the minibar and do not announce at departure time.The day of comsumption was the first day of our stay, it means that the comsumption reported by the maid is before our arrival therefore related to the previous customers, not us.Please tell the man: no somos ladrones!6 The reception desk are not enough efficient to give tou explanations about Bodegas with local wines, regional productos shops, small restaurants in the city...: why ? the need to help the local economy !Otherwise we will come back if we could, because we enjoyed the hotel more generally and the surroundings..."

"We had a perfect stay in your hotel which had a great, professional team specially in the restaurant.Unfortunately this can not be said from yourself. In Belgium we speak 3 languages and my native language is dutch. I do not see why this mail had to be sent in frenchRegards,J. Naudts"

Nous ne sommes restés qu'une nuit mais la soirée a été merveilleuse

"Très bel hôtel, personnel très sympathique, dommage que l'allemand soit la langue étrangère la plus parlée, et pas un peu plus le français. Les chambres sont très belles, mais un équipement un peu vieillot pour un établissement 4 étoiles si récent (Télévision et matelas à ressorts). Sinon très belle piscine, beaucoup de transats, le prix du parking est un peu excessif 12 par jour. Sinon la nourriture est bonne et les boissons sont à un prix correct."

Resposant et relaxant

"Nous avons beaucoup aim notre sjour. La chambre etait tres bien (3215), le personnel en general etait tres agreable, la cuisine et presentation sont excellent et le complexe en general est tres soign. Pourtant, nous avons deux commentaires negatifs: les lits et parasols a la plage sont payantes et reviennent pour deux personnes a 10,5 Euros par jour. Nous trouvons ca excessifs et que ca devrait etre compris dans les services de l'hotel. Aussi, malgre les fiches que vous avez laiss dans les chambres, certains clients continuent a reserver leurs lits a la piscine des tres tot le matin sans intervention de votre personnel."

Agrable mais trop rgit par des horaires strictes tourns et une triste ambiance Anglo Saxone

"Iberostar Chiclana :le presonnel est parfait : gentillesse totale En particulier El Senor Manuel qui fait les crêpes et les oeufs au petit djeuner.Bravo aussi au jeune surveillant de la piscine.Très propre partout.Bar restaurant sur la plage : personnel charmant et choix des plats heureusement plus espagnol. En revanche: les horaires pour tous les repas beaucoup trop tôt avec une cuisine propose trop internationale ! ainsi que la fermeture des bars à minuit..... ! Ambiance beaucoup trop Anglo Saxone dans les horaires et la musique. Très triste et endormi que cet hotel où l'esprit espagnol d'alegria ne se retrouve nulle part!!"
