perfect but the entertainment could have been better, a bit old no light entertainment

"there was no problem when we asked for our room to be changed. as it was our honeymoon we then moved to a far nicer room with a beautiful view except it was a twin room. the staff were so friendly at the torviscus playa and the food was delicious. our only problem was as it was our first time in tenerife we were unsure where to go and did not understand all the facilities that were going on in the hotel, we were feeling a bit lost at times and sometimes we were not understood, but the rooms and hotel spotless. our room maid marta made our day by leaving a twoel in the shape of a swan and some sweeets. it was a nice jesture."

"Excellent staff who always aim to please the client. The little surprises like sweets when entering the restaurant, the freebees in the bathroom, the little cakes etc which were free with coffee at the pool. The pool area is excellent although the sun beds should be updated. The food was good especially the starters and desserts. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come again. we will also recommend your hotel to friends"

"Generaly very good, convenient, even exclusive hotel, well situated in Tenerifa. Very delicious and various kichen, professional, good staff. . Minuses: payable WI-FI, and necessary to wait on check-in to 2 PM for free room (I was there with pregnant wife)"
