IBEROSTAR Torviscas Playa
Our guests reviewsIBEROSTAR Torviscas Playa
We were very satisfied and, in case we would return to Tenerife, we should choose again for the same hotel.
"It was our 11th (!) stay in an Iberostar-hotel. We were never disappointed. Also this year, as we were staying in the Torviscas Playa-hotel (Costa Adeje/Tenerife), we were very pleased with the hotel : the staff, the food, the infrastructure,... was OK. In fact, I have only two remarks : 1. however our room (361) was tidy and well looked after (our thanks to the chambermaids), some renovation would be welcome. Especially the bathroom could do with some renovation. 2. In all those years the staff wears the same uniforms. A more modern touch would also be welcome !"Rating: 8,0
"As usual a very good hotel, probably starting to look a little tired, the pool area was fantastic and the food of a high standard, the entertainment was a little flat however and could be made better as at 10.30 the place nearly shut !Overall experiance was a good one and would again use Iberostar."Rating: 8,0
"Hotel is good for its money. Not bad, but could be better.Advantages: rather good price, relatively quality services, locationDisadvantages: Staff on reception could be more friendly, Elevators are really terrible!!! they live their own life, not lot of trees"Rating: 5,0
"We stayed 3 times before during one week in your hotel Torviscas. Each time we were in an executive room with the private terrace on the 6th floor. This year it was impossible to book this kind of room via Neckermann Belgium or Neckermann Netherland. So we boocked an ordinairy room. On our arrival, we given room 163. We aksed for an upgrade, but a very friendly lady at the reception told us it was impossible because the hotel was fully booked. The same day we went to the fence on the terrace of the 6th floor and we noticed there was no one present at the terrace. The day after, we checked again and as usual there was no one at the terrace. We know that this terrace is reserved for the exec. rooms, but as we had several times before the experience that very few people make use of it, we asked at the reception if there was any possibility to grant us the entrence on the terrace ( against payment if neccessary). A nice young lady asked tyhis to one of her superiors if she could do that, but this man shouted angry something at her in spanisch. She excused her toward us that she could not fulfill our wisch. We are convinced that our demand could be granted, but because of the reaction of that man, she could not dare to do it. We did not want to discuss, but we just told her that the brute just decided that we would never come back again."Rating: 10,0
