VERY POOR FOR A 4 STAR HOTEL

"I THINK THIS HOTEL ONLY DESERVES 3 STARS AT THE MOST. BUSES WERE PARKING OUTSIDE OUR ROOM EVERY 30 MIN, VERY NOISY, KIDS RUNNING AROUND AT ALL TIMES, MEALS QUITE POOR, OVER BOOKED, TERRIBLE HOLIDAY"

We spent wonderful week in this hotel. It is truly a hotel and restaurant of 5 star quality.

"We spent wonderful week in this hotel. We had a lovely clean room with balcony and air condition. The swimming pool with ocean water was very good. Staff was helpful and service was good. The food was excellent. It is truly a hotel and restaurant of 5 star quality. We definitely will return there with our friends and our family."

Stay was ok price -quality but renovation is needed in the rooms .

"The staaf was very friendly, the pool was well maintaded and good, aldo water was cold.The food was good with a lot of chose.. Bad where the room....... there was a muffy smell in the room and the corridor, not pleasant........ Roomkeeping was not worth a 4 star, some more like a 3 star.I stayed for 9 nights and the 4-th day I had to ask myself for new change for the bed.....They only changed it 2 during my stay."

"We have spent in this hotel our one week long holiday and were satisfied. The staff was very friendy and helpful. Our room was cleaned nicley every day. There was all evening entertainment in the garden of the hotel. I think it was a bit too loud and last too long in the night, so if someone is not a good sleeper, could have problem with it. The food was good. The juices by the breakfast could be better quality. I would like to have a bit bigger choice of seafood, and local dishes. We lived on the 7.th floor, the room was big enough, and also clean. The furniture was also ok, not old-style. We have not felt any bad smell as other guests wrote here. Safe in the rooms possible. I advice this hotel for families with children. The pool is clean (every morning cleaned) and the water was warm enough. The hotel is very close to Siam Park and Aqualand, can walk there. Many possibilites nearby to eat and shop."

"In generale un Buon Hotel, personale molto disponibile, preparato e gentile. Unico appunto negativo da Italiano è il parlare poco l'Italiano. Per il resto come riportato sopra il soggiorno è stato Molto Buono. Dovessi ripetere una vacanza non esiterei per la scelta di una struttura IBEROSTAR.Saluti Gorgio & Patrizia"

"le personnel n'est pas tjs agréable, il y a des caffards dans la chambre, à la reception ils sont vite presser de couper le bracelet pour nous empêcher de l'all in, alors qu'on a payer pour toute la journe. Mais ce qui est du buffet , c'est très beau, vari, on a bien apprcier"
