"Leider wurden wir ziehmlich entäuscht von Ihrem Hotel. Unsere Matrazen waren schmutzig, wir bekamen kaputte Bettwäsche und Handtücher und auch die Tischdecken im Speisesaal waren kaputt. Lt unseren Vorstellungen sollte das in einem 4 Sterne-Haus nicht vorkommen. Die Bedienung im Speisesaal sowie in der Bar war top. Das Essen war gut."Rating: 4,0
"The hotel staff from Reception to the entertainment staff to the waiting and cleaning staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The customer service ethos that you have wthin your Hotel is excellent and I will definitely return. My children loved the whole experience and the staff were very good with chldren. "Hotel Las Dalias is a very good hotel but rooms need renovation. The staff is very friendly, mainly the receptionists. The chocolate and drink on Valentine day were very kind. The food is excellent but suppertime might be longer (to 10 p.m.), and the staff clear away food early.Although I left towels at towel rail, the chambermaid changed them every day. I think it's not necessery, towels was not dirty. But she was very adept, that she folded towels. :-) On the whole we spent a good time at hotel, thank you!"Rating: 8,0
