IBEROSTAR Las Dalias
Our guests reviewsIBEROSTAR Las Dalias
"Also wanted to mention how friendly and welcoming we found the staff and management, a special mention to Pilar who went the extra mile by offering us nuts in the bar, and also approached us in the restaurant to ask if we would like any drinks. And the waiter in the bar who sometimes wore red trousers was very friendly and noticed we did not have a lighter so brought us some matches, we were very impressed with the service, thank you "Rating: 10,0
Fine hotel but as always some things can be improved.
"I was surprised that in a 4 star hotel the public or at least a part of it was rather low-class. Especially the guests from Brittain you rather see in a camping than in a 4 star hotel. I liked the swimmingpool and the area around: very clean, well kept etc. Also the buffet were excellent, my congratulations to your chef "patissier". A minor point is the noice in the evening from the playback-show: too loud! therefore I asked to change my room to the frontside. I liked rhe friendly and hardworking staff at the reception/bars/restaurant. About your rooms I must advise to renovate them especially the bathroom. "Rating: 8,0
Fantastic hotel and beautifully run.
"We had a wonderful time at Las Dalias last week. The staff were, without exception, fantastic: helpful and friendly. The food served in the restaurant was lovely. Entertainment was reasonably good but not great. Slightly aggravating at times. The public areas and the bedrooms are all spotlessly clean and cared for with pride. My only criticism is about the beds which are extremely hard. We had a lovely holiday and I can't wait to go back. "Rating: 10,0
Stayed at Las Dalias Hotel 28th October 2013 to 4th November 2013. Initial Room No. 359. 2nd Room No. 120. Final room no. 643
"Las Dalias Hotel, Costa Adeje. Over priced hotel-certainly doesn't live up to 4 star status First impressions of hotel were good. Staff at reception friendly and welcoming on arrival. Impressive foyer. Stayed on bed+breakfast basis for one week. Room was small and facing busy roundabout. Considerable road noise. Discovered cockroachs in bathroom and offensive overpowering odour from the drains during our stay. On reporting this offensive and overpowering odour to the person on night duty they were most unconcerned initially until we insisted on moving to an alternative room. We were initially told the hotel was full and we would have to remain in our room but when we protested at the seriousness of the problem we were accommodated in a family room but were abruptly told that this room be returned immediately on the following morning. This room was above the bar and dining area. We were unable to sleep in this room due to excessive roaring and shouting into the early hours. Our sleep was also disrupted by drills being used by workmen fitting partitions in the dining area during the night. We were offered this room for the remainder of our holiday but declined because of the noise. We were then offered a room on the sixth floor which fronted onto the car park. This was a more modern room, quiet and of acceptable standard. On a positive note, breakfast was good and we had dinner one evening. Good standard. Staff in hotel generally very friendly and helpful with the exception of night duty person on reception. Wouldn't recommend this hotel and will not return to this establishment. On returning home my wife was in conversation with a friend who had also stayed at Las Dalias Hotel. They too had experienced cockroaches in the beds during their stay. Poor sanitation is quite obvious in this establishment , so my advice is avoid. There are certainly alternative 4 star hotels in this area worthy of their star rating. "Rating: 2,0
A decent 3 star hotel in need of updating in a number of areas. We will not return. We would not recommend.
"A nice hotel. The food was excellent and always a very good choice. The dining room staff were excellent as we're most of the bar persons. The dining room is dated and in need of an update, the seats are uncomfortable . The drinks waiter are sometimes very slow in the dining room. The main bar in the foyer of the hotel has no atmosphere at all and the musical entertainment was quite poor in our opinion. The bedrooms could also benefit from an upgrade, the beds are very firm indeed and the pillows are not very good. The bathroom towels are threadbare with the odd exception of a fluffy one now and then. The air con in the bedroom was noisy and not very good at all. Air con in other parts of the hotel was also poor. The pool area was kept very clean and is a credit to the cleaning team. The reception staff were helpful but simply not enough of them at busy times. A good 3 star hotel but no way is this a 4 star hotel, you don't need to go far from the hotel to compare it with other 4 star hotels in the area."Rating: 7,0
Very good hotel.
"I and my wife stayed in your hotel. We really enjoyed this time. Your hotel has tasty alimentation, your animation programe is amazing and the location is very good. If we come to Tenerife, we will stay in your hotel. Krzysztof Zywert "Rating: 10,0
"I really enjoyed my stay with iberostar las dalias, I loved the all inclusive element, the friendliness of reception and bar staff. As an airline employee I would gladly accept any discount or special offers you may wish to send me as I would definitely return. I did find the beds on rooms a little hard and it would have been nice to have more than one night in the indoor discotheque instead of all outdoor . Jose on reception was great as was most of all the bar service area staff. "Rating: 9,0
