    i WOULD BOOK AN IBEROSTAR AGAIN BUT GO FOR A 5 STAR OPTION NEXT TIME

    "ON the whole we enjoyed our stay at Las Dalias. The hotel is in need of some updating though as it is looking a little tired. The staff were friendly and the food was plentiful , of a little repetitive. The entertainment definitely needs improving. THE HOTEL WAS GERNERALLY CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE. "

    "Absolutely lovely stay at the Iberostar Las Dalias, Tenerife. Very warm welcome from receptionist on duty when we arrived at 1am. Welcomed with a glass of fizz and offered a sandwich as we had missed dinner. Very clean hotel, good food choices and all staff very friendly. Thanks for lovely stay, will definitely be back. "

    "really enjoyed our stay at las dalias in tenerife,lovely hotel, wonderful staff and lovely food, only thing i could fault was the bath in our room (903)looked a bit dated but shower worked fine so no problem, i think i read that some rooms were getting re-furbished so that might change, nothing too much bother to your wonderful staff, always happy to please."

    First class staff all warm& friendly.

    "Another lovely stay at las dalias, but rooms do need refurbishment and new beds stayed at bitacora april as daiias full there rooms are far superior and decent beds prefer dalias but rooms let hotel down will be back february hopefully rooms improved"

    Poor

    "Disappointing! We requested a room on a high floor for good view as had been 2 times before to the hotel but were given rooms on the 4 th floor that overlooked the car park. Two of the 4 rooms had fungus in the wardrobe. One had cockroaches in the bathroom and bedroom. The cocktails contained very little alcohol and been pre made didn't taste so nice. "

We lament your disappointment on the room we accommodated you in and would like to take the opportunity to explain that a request is never a confirmation from our side, and even though we strive to satisfy all prior to arrival requests from our guests, we allocate our rooms in accordance with the room type selected at the time of booking and a request for a higher category, which most of the time depends on the location of the room within our hotels, is subject to an extra charge; all prices and descriptions are available on our website; for a future occasion we encourage you to visit our webpage or to contact our call center from where we can offer you a personalized booking guidance and give you all the relevant information for you to choose the accommodation type that best meets your holiday needs and wishes. Moreover we were surprised to read your comment on the wardrobe and lament not being informed immediately as we would have been able to intervene in no time, and are glad to inform you that all wardrobes are being replaced as we speak. We also sincerely regret reading that you found a cockroach in your room; We have in place a regular pest-control plan and of course work hard on a daily basis to avoid their presence within our grounds, however at certain times of the year and due to the climatology of Tenerife, the presence of insects is unfortunately unavoidable; this is why we have a strict policy forbidding to take out food from our restaurant and advise our guests against leaving any food or crumbs in the rooms in order to avoid their settlement in our accommodations; please receive our sincerest apologies for the inconveniences caused and be assured that the corrective measures have immediately been taken.
