"Everything about the holiday and hotel was perfect. The booking in at Reception went smoothly (the welcome drink after the long time journey was very acceptable), the room was just what we requested on the 9th floor, the food was excellent and varied especially on Gala nights and the Staff were most obliging and helpful especially Luis Vega (Verga). all in all a most memorable holiday. See you next year!! "

"Loved the food & Entertainment Our room was a bit sad & needed updating Hotel lovely & clean Towels could be a bit softer. Staff & the entertainment team were brilliant nothing too much trouble Stayed 10 years ago at this hotel & the rooms were different. It was our Golden Wedding Anniversary thats why we went back as we enjoyed it all those years ago."

"My husband I were in this hotel for 3 nights. We were greeted on arrival by a smiling receptionist who gave us a welcome drink (choose between champagne or orange juice) whilst we were checking in. The bar and restaurant staff worked hard to cope with the demand and were very nice. What impressed us was that most of them could speak a few languages. The entertainment team worked very hard from kids clubs, games all the day and the night shows for adults we really enjoyed it. There were no problems with the hotel room and we had a great sleep at night with no disruptions. There were also lots of sunbeds. We have no complaints regarding this hotel. we really enjoyed our stay in Iberostar Las Dalias, would definitely recommend it and would go back again."
