    We would not visit this hotel for a holiday/retirement break-. more suited to Biusness, Weddings, Seminars, Training Needs.!!

    "Breakfast Good, Staff Excellent, Initially Changed room from(m'suite') due to lack of Balcony & Outlook offered, eventually accepted room with much smaller & less facilities but it had a good outlook with reasonable sized Balcony. We experienced adverse fumes and noise from Pool & ground maintenance -(wood treatment) during our stay, along with noise from many other functions- Not a good choice"

It is only through feedback such as yours that we are able to maintain and indeed, where necessary, improve upon the service that we provide to our valued guests. We sincerely regret the disturbances caused by the maintenance works undertaken during your stay, although these consisted in wooden paint works around the pool which do not cause any noise, we concentrated these works mainly during low occupancy and even in rainy days when our guests were not using the pool. We assume that the noises you noticed came from our gardeners even though the maintenance of our extensive green areas is always planned in order not to interfere with our guests’ rest. On the other hand, we are glad you were satisfied with our sense of hospitality and the service received by our staff members and will make sure to share your review as we know it will be a great source of satisfaction and motivation to keep on going the extra mile to ensure our guests’ full satisfaction.     would love to come back

    "High class hotel, wonderful rooms, reach selection on breakfast, very clean, nice balcony, very helpful reception team, in general all stuff we met was just very helpful and cheerful! pool is excellent, the whole hotel area is very beautiful...one feels very convenient and like at home!"

    I am not sure what I am supposed to write here... :-)

    "It was a very pleasant stay, but I have two constructive comments: 1. The shower floor is very slippery, so it is ABSOLUTELY NECESARY to provide an anti-slippery mat to be placed there. 2. An in-room coffe maker is an absolute convenience necessity in a 5 star hotel."

    You have anough space for a separate kids/pool area - more and more people do not want to be disturbed so perhaps that could be an option to encourage people back

    "Overall a nice hotel - too many kids around the pool unsupervised as usual by their parents Alex the pool guy was excellent and really did a good job (second guy on our last day Tuesday 28th was surly and couldn't care less - cleared our beds whilst we were eating lunch??!) Dining room is old fashioned and unwelcoming and if you are going to offer eggs at breakfast then you should let people know"

Your input is extremely important to us and we will be forwarding your remarks directly to the management team so they can make the appropriate adjustments in the areas you mentioned. We lament your disappointment related to our pool rules, however according to our hotel’s policy reserving sunbeds is not allowed and our lifeguards are authorized to remove towels from sunbeds that are not used for more than 45 minutes so as to guarantee the possibility to all guests to enjoy of a relaxing sunbath by our pool. Moreover we were sincerely saddened to read your comments on our restaurant, as at IBEROSTAR we strive to make meals one of the highlights of our guests’ overall experience whilst staying among us; a menu is available for all guests, please accept our apologies for failing to provide you with one as clearly we were not performing to our usual standards on this occasion.     We highly recommend this hotel.

    "Very beautifull hotel at the border of the city and near the park. Nice and clean room and terrace but bathroom a little small.Very friendly and helpfull staff.Wifi works fine. At night some noice from dogs.Very large,cosy and warm outdoor pool with possibility to eat there. Amazing SPA fascilities. Also large trimroom with lots of equipment. Garage available. Breakfast super. We will come back !"
