Disappointed with the changes that are going on and you are not thinking of the clients, just cost cutting
"very disappointed with our stay this time, you seem to want to create a divide in the hotel with the prestige rooms, but people say its not worth the extra money. All rooms need updating not just to top floors and then charge extra to be there. The restaurant is a shambles too, whoever changed the way you serve food needs dealing with, the queues for meat/fish stretch past the veg sections so you have to get in a queue to just have veg!! If I never see another 'piece' of cake again it will be too soon, they were everywhere!! Pool towels are a joke, how many would you need to get dried after being in the pool god only knows! I have been many times to your hotel and enjoyed our stay, but this is the first time we have gone out to eat a decent meal elsewhere, even though we were all inclusive."Rating: 5,0
Ok experience, but would have expected more for the price we paid.
"The room was a good size but I was disappointed to have two separate single beds on wheels (= moved apart at the slightest movement) when we had booked a double room. The breakfast was good and the room was generally kept clean enough but the cleaners didn't always change the bedclothes when we requested it and the bathroom wasn't always stocked up with what we had used the previous day, so ran out of sanitary waste bags."Rating: 7,0
We have stayed in several iberostar hotels, the Bouganville Hotel in Tenerife is now top of our list,it ticks all our boxes||||
"An excellent hotel did exactly what it said in the book and more, the personal service was excellent. Staying over the Christmas and New Year period for two weeks was delightful we are definitely returning for 2014 already booked it !!!!!!!"Rating: 10,0
