    "good hotel spoiled by poor lift service at peak times. Disappointed with maid service on 3rd december suitcase slashed and chain on gold necklace broken,not by the regular maid,she was on holiday."

    "Dear Frank, Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback on your holiday experience at our IBEROSTAR Bouganville Playa hotel. Our customers’ comments are very important to us as only through their objective observations and remarks we are able to measure our performance and improve certain aspects of service if necessary. We were however very surprised to read your comments on room service and not being informed immediately onsite as we would have been able to make a lecture of your room lock and contact our housekeeping staff for revision; for a future occasion we strongly encourage you to contact our reception desk so we can intervene immediately and eventually help you contact the police department for an official complaint; we also would like to point out that in order to avoid uncomfortable situations, suspicions against our employees, lack of confidence by our customers; we do offer safes to all our guests. We are very sorry about the incident but without the relevant complaint made to the police there is very little that we can do; of course, we remain alert and we will undertake the necessary and appropriate measures in case of detecting that such a serious infringement is committed by a staff member. Please be assured that we took your comments into consideration and that they will help us to improve our services.     CAN'T WAIT FOR NEXT YEAR

    "BRILLIANT HOTEL, STAYED HALF-BOARD, ROOMS FROM 6th FLOOR UP HAVE ALL BEEN REFURBISHED TO HIGH STANDARD.BEST SHOWER HAD IN ANY HOTEL I HAVE STAYED IN. ONLY THING LACKING IS TEA/COFFEE MAKING FACILITIES.ALL ROOMS HAVE SEA VIEW HIGHER THE FLOOR THE BETTER VIEW. STAFF ARE EXCEPTIONAL CAN'T DO ENOUGH TO HELP YOU.FOOD IS EXCELLENT. ALREADY BOOKED FOR NEXT YEAR. (MY 5th STAY AT HOTEL)"
