We had thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing week, would diffently return to this hotel again.

I believe that this hotel is the worst from Iberostar company. Isn't it?)

"This is the worst 4 star hotel I ever used. I can say that it mostly like 3 star and not the good one.First of all room is terrible, furnitures are very old and part of them broken. TV is like 25 years old. I tried to change the room, but the rest 2 which I was asked to choose - were the same or even worse.In the sweeming pool, I left towels and sunscreen and came when pool was cleaned. Next day nobody from staff was able to return sunscreen (I don't beleive that it was stolen by other guests).But there was one good thing - restauraunt. It was the best one, but very good, so thanks to Bouganville Playa managers for keeping at least restaurant on good level."

"food and staff excellent, rooms need updating, cost of using wi-fi very expensive, it is freeacross the road if you buy a coffee and in mc donalds. 4 star hotels usually provide free wi-fieven in less developed european counties so I was surprised by the expensive charge.I would highly recommend this hotel, just cross the road for wi-fi."

Good location, friendly staff, but really poor rooms

"Friendly staff, nice garden, good location, very good options of activities for all ages. Very poor rooms and we found bedbugs in our bed after the first night, but we got new rooms and there were no bedbugs there, still the rooms are in need of update and the cleaning of the rooms was not sufficient it was really bad.The food in the restaurant was ok, but often it was so flavourless.This was our third time in Tenerife but our first time staying in your hotel, I will not choose your hotel again because of the poor rooms."
