    Highly recommended

    "A wonderful relaxing hotel in perfect location overlooking the sea in the best area of South Tenerife. The staff/service are exceptional and very friendly. One outdoor pool is very warm and inviting. The buffet restaurant is attractively laid out and there is plenty of choice. The turndown service in the evening is most welcome. Extras foc are cava at breakfast and occasionally dinner + sweets"

    We loved the hotel & will return but please can we have fresh scrambled eggs &. Not leave them in the dish to dry out.

    "We had a lovely holiday at the anthelia but would like you to hear our concerns about the surfacing around the large outdoor pool. A lot of the tiles really do need replacing as some areas of the floor is cracked & could cause guests a problem. At breakfast there was an array of wonderful fruits and juices cereals and cold meats but we did feel that the hot food was not as good as it should be."

    Appeared to have overstayed our welcome, but overall an enjoyable holiday

    "Hotel and staff excellent until last day of our holiday, understand that you have to vacate your room by 12.00noon, but to turn all services off at 11.50am ie safe, telephone and air con, was a little hasty, we had to get a service engineer to come and unlock the safe so that we could get the passports etc out, I then had to go down to reception to ask for a porter to come and collect luggage,"

    Overall lovely holiday experience, now knowing hotel layout room allocation would be a priority.

    "Hotel location brilliant.Food Excellent.Restaurant staff very friendly and efficient. Animation team also very good without you feeling pressured to join in. However disappointed no notification was given on booking or prior to our departure that there were roadworks close by which ultimately ended up being outside our allocated room.Requested room change on arrival but told hotel full."

We sincerely regret the disturbances caused by works undertaken in the road next to our hotel; however these being undertaken by the local municipality and not by the hotel, unfortunately we were not advised and had no possibility to offer you an alternative accommodation due to our full occupancy. On the other hand, we thank you for your highlights on our prime location affording beautiful views over to the Ocean as well as on our gastronomy and on the professionalism yet genuine kindness of our staff.
