Very beautiful property, wonderful beach, friendly employees - we will be back!

"Enjoyed our stay very much, we plan to return next year! We have stayed at several resorts all over Mexico and this is the most unique location with the "jungle" and animals, beach is great, service is great and all the employees were very helpful and friendly."

The hotel is lovely, the beach area spectacular, very clean, great service, good food.

"loved our stay at iberostar tucan in playa but as non smokers who live in BC where smoking is not allowed in public places, other than designated areas, it was very difficult dealing with the smoking crowd, which was large. One suggestion we would have is definitely "no smoking" in the restaurants, as it did affect our dining. Also, the lobby should be smoke free. People walked everywhere dropping their ashes on the gorgeous marble floors, pool area and butts on the beach. I found this really an irritant as a non smoker and seemed disrespectful to the resortm employees and other guests."

"We stayed at the Iberostar between October 15-22. We were very satisfied with our stay. The level of service is excellent from check-in to check-out. We were disappointed that we could not remain in our room after check out time and that no curtesy suite was available even though we were prepared to pay the extra fee. It was extremely inconvenient to have to put our luggage and valuables in storage and bathe and change two young children in the lobby showers prior to our departure from the hotel. The other suggestion I would make is that you significant improve and expand the kids club. I suggest you send one of your reps to the Sandos Caracol. The service and food there are inferior but the kids club is impressive. There is an underused sitting area at Iberostar near the main theater/reception hall that could be repurposed as a proper kids club."
