I had a very relaxing holiday in a beautiful environment.

"This is our second year of staying at iberostar. We have a family of 7 adults, 6 children. Last year we stayed at Tucan, this year at Quetzal. Both stays were excellent, but this year we had a couple of incidents that we weren't pleased with. The chef we had at the Japanese restaurant had no experience doing any of the tricks, so it was very disappointing compared to last year, and even compared to the two other grills that people were enjoying. Also, we found cockroaches in two of our rooms. We felt that the level of customer service had slipped a little bit this year. Michelle, who worked with the children at the Kids' Show was FANTASTIC--KEEP HER! One major suggestion we would make--the Big Show starts so late, many people don't go to it. If there is any way you could start the show by 8:45 or 9 p.m. we think more people would go to it."
